Fantastic experience: This haircut changed my credit score. Walked in looking like I’d just lost custody of my life. Hairline was doing the cha-cha slide. Beard looked like a burnt Brillo pad. My confidence? Somewhere in a ditch behind an Arby’s. But then… my barber touched my soul. The clippers whispered sweet nothings. The fade? So clean I heard a choir hit a high note. My beard? Aligned like my chakras. I looked in the mirror and saw a man who pays his bills on time and probably grills steaks shirtless on Sundays. People started treating me different. A toddler pointed and said, “That’s a king.” My ex texted me, “Hey, big head.” The FBI unfroze my assets. Bottom line: This ain’t a haircut. This is a spiritual reset. If your barber ain’t blessing you like this, you’re getting scammed.

Negative experience: Barbershop music was extremely loud. It was shaking the decorations in the office next door.

Fantastic experience: Hair and beard cut by Julian. Lived in East Valley for 28 years but Julian's given me the most consistent, fresh cuts I've had in a long time. Listens to what you want but also uses his expertise to advise on what would look best. That's the magic combo when you got the skill to go with it. Shop is clean too. Too many places don't take the little stuff seriously.

Negative experience: I’ve been here a few times no issues. Today I was 20 min late to my appointment and Mike started spazzing out. I tried explaining that it took me 50 minutes due to traffic instead of the usual 30 minutes. He wasn’t having it I had to be the one to try to work something out. Said he should be charging me twice. After booking it I realized I shouldn’t book with a petty barber. I went back in to cancel it another guy greeted me he was nice even offered to refund then Mike came running across the room to continue to state that it was my fault when we were already fine. I work in the service industry where people come in hours later sometimes I still would not disrespect a client like that especially over 20 minutes. Just some tips.

Fantastic experience: Quick been cutting my hair for a while now and this the only dude i trust. i went to a different place every cut trying to find one that works and no one gets me. i got thick hair people struggle to cut how i want it. for him it don’t matter if i want a trim and to keep it long or to cut it short he always gets me right. he gonna stay getting my business.

Negative experience: I had booked an appointment for my husband12/26/2024, but when he arrived, the shop was closed. He received even text reminder 12/26 about his appointment. I didn't receive any notification or explanation beforehand, which was frustrating since he had planned a day around this appointment. I hope the shop improves communication with customers in the future.
