Negative experience: been going here since they opened and see Maria who is completely amazing! She's out this whole month of June for personal reasons and needed a haircut badly. They had me scheduled with someone who seemed very annoyed and rather be one her phone than cutting hair. She rushed through the whole haircut and was finished under 15 mins when normally Maria takes 25-30 mins to cut my hair and being a perfectionist making sure every hair is perfect! Even the girl behind the counter when I went to pay was on her phone and didn't even notice I was standing there until the barber next to the front desk said something. I paid $35 for a $15 haircut. When my wife me, she noticed how bad it was.... Normally don't leave reviews, but I emailed my complaint to V's and said someone would reach out, but still have not heard back.

He’s very conservative and I had him pick from a few cuts that would add volume. He got exactly what we wanted and the texture and fade is perfect!! No more “gentleman’s cuts”!! He loves it, which is the most important thing! We will be back in 6 weeks because his hair grows really fast and gets in his eyes!

Fantastic experience: My usual barber was out this Tuesday, and I had to make a last minute appointment for an early Wednesday morning session. You know how stressful it can be dealing with a new barber, but Eddie’s calendar was booked solid, so I figured that had to be good. Arrived right at 8am and Eddie was prompt to start the service. Fade was phenomenal, the shave and line up was amazing and he’s earned a new client. Shout Out to Eddie with his expertise and professionalism!!

Negative experience: Rude to my husband because he was “5 min late” even tho he arrived on time. the haircut looks like unfinished bc the barber was rushed. We have a vacation for a work event and wanted it to look extra sharp and we were extremely disappointed. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here.

Negative experience: Bad service decent cut. There’s a reason it’s cheap. I showed the barber several pictures of how I was wanting my hair cut. He did pretty good but obviously wasn’t really listening or paying attention to the photos/what I was saying because he didn’t quite get it right. I was maybe a minute or two late for my appointment at 9, front desk guy wasn’t even there and then when he came out he was all annoyed that I was 2 mins late. Then the barber who I had booked with eventually came out of the bathroom at 9:07. I didn’t mind at all because I understand that you gotta handle business. However, he then rushed my cut and tried to squeeze in the massage and everything instead of just finishing the cut the right way. I asked again for him to fade the cut how I was asking for the whole time because it wasn’t quite right and that if it took a little bit longer I’d pay him a little more but he said sorry my next appointment is here and then had me leave. Pretty lame because this is one of the closest barber shops with high ratings by me. Now I have to go get another place to fix up the cut he didn’t fully give me.

The barbers really know what they are doing and I always walk away confident about my haircut or trim. It just doesn't make sense to go cheap on something as important as a haircut! Just skip a coffee or two and use that money saved to get a better cut from V's Barbershop.

Will absolutely be getting my hair cut somewhere else, once the buzz cut grows out.

Fantastic experience: My partner went in and was able to have his hair cut by Maria. He says she was very nice and ask necessary questions to get the hairstyle that he was looking for and she did an amazing job. It was a very quick trim, about 30 mins. The shop itself was very clean and organized. They had sports on the TVs and seats for those that are waiting (like me). The immediately welcomed us in and gave us options. We were a walk-in but only need to wait about 20 mins for Maria to be ready for us after her last client.

Positive experience: Very satisfied with the cut in the end. Tried to get some advisement from barber on ideas but she was pretty cold. Missed some spots on the shave but 99% happy with that. I would have preferred a more personable, but her work was more than satisfactory. Overall good experience and I would go back

Fantastic experience: My sr cut was a 5. My barber asked several times if I was satisfied with the length. She made adjustments as requested and did a great job. 15 minutes I introduced her to American one dollar coins. She wasn't too sure they were really money. I'll be back.

Negative experience: This was about the fourth time I’ve tried to visit this establishment. Their online scheduling software is awful. Tried to do a head shave and a face shave but they of course don’t have enough time to do part of it. It’s sad that I try and support mom and pop and have to go to a chain because they can’t figure out how to give a better service experience to a busy individual.
