Fantastic experience: Hadn’t had a professional haircut in years but decided to get one for a wedding. Heard about this place on 98.7 and found out there’s one around the corner from me. Made an appointment online which is very easy and upon arriving got matched up with Martin. He had me in and out of there in a flash with a flawless cut. I’d give 10 stars if I could and I’ll be back to see Martin regularly. I also like that it’s a blend of an old school barbershop mixed with modern amenities like TV’s at every chair. Sometimes it’s either one or the other. Here you get the best of both worlds

Although my wife has done a credible job cutting my hair, I felt it was time to go to a pro! SO glad I connected with Kyle today, and he will be my "go-to" for haircuts moving forward!

Negative experience: DONT COME HERE!!! I made an appointment and requested Caleb to cut my hair, the lady on the phone said that he was available but when I got there they told me he was out of town. I asked for a simple haircut and they wanted to charge me double to just cut the sides since I wanted a fade. On top of that I wanted a small moustache trim and I asked the barber how much he would charge and he did not want to tell me, supposedly he did not know. They charged me an additional $14. In the end my hair looked the same and I paid $50. Very bad service.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here! Darin was our barber and accommodated myself and my two sons, one of which is autistic. Haircuts for my son on the spectrum can be challenging with ear sensitivity and other sensory issues and this was his best haircut yet. Darin was extremely patient, kind, personable and easy to talk to. He gave us all great cuts. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Made an appointment, barber calls me asking to move it up or back by fifteen minutes. I kindly reject with reason and offer to cancel the appointment to which he says do not worry he can take me. I show up and he has someone in chair. I left after 10 minutes of waiting past my appointment. What a shameful experience for a first time client.

Negative experience: My nephew came home with this haircut from the Alma School location. Please in the future tell your customer the truth if you’re are unable to do such haircut.

Make sure you ask for him if you are new customer or just want to mix it up. I'm going back a lot sooner than I had planned. And my new beard looks good for the first time too.

He listened to my son, was very patient and Cody consulted with him several times during the haircut to make sure it was going the way he wanted. We will be coming back

Darin is also excellent and has given me numerous great haircuts. He cut my hair before my wedding, and again before the most important job interview I’ve had in my career (both went great) so you should trust him to give you a great haircut for your big occasions too.

Negative experience: Don’t go here unless you have an hour to wait. Appointments are ignored while walk ins are taken ahead of people with reservations. Their shop is out of control with some teenager “managing” customers. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment at 9 am. Got there about 10 minutes before my appointment. My barber lady was supposed to be there at 9 am. She was late and then after she got there I waited 10 minutes for her to get ready and primp herself. She was still not ready so I left. Need better management

Having a foot long full beard for the last 10 years, I've had some hack jobs done. -- Darin was the 1st barber to listen to exactly what I wanted, took note of how I prepared myself every day, and made sure I was happy with his work every step of the way. 2 weeks later and I am still so happy with his work.

Fantastic experience: I walked in without a reservation and was promptly greeted by Gilbert. Gilbert was friendly and asked me how I wanted my hair done. He was quick but professional and finished with a hot towel. During the service I asked if he had time for a shave. He was not but arranged for another barber to do the shave. Darren was great and provided a very comfortable shave experience. Smooth as a baby’s behind I’ve been customer for multiple years at the South Chandler location and I don’t expect to change that at anytime.

Negative experience: I am a regular visitor to this place, consistently seeing the same specialist with each visit. Unfortunately, I must highlight the extremely poor management I've encountered recently. Despite booking my appointment 1.5 months in advance, as is my usual practice, I was dismayed to receive an email cancelling my appointment just one day before it was scheduled. It's important to note that this is not the first time such an incident has occurred. If there are any changes in the schedule, especially regarding barbers going on vacation, it would be appreciated if customers are informed well in advance. The lack of communication and consideration for clients is highly disrespectful. I am deeply disappointed with the management of this establishment.

Negative experience: Brenda was 30 minutes late for appointment then when she did show up she took the guy scheduled for the time she did come in. Didn’t seem right to me so I left. Won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: Went to get a cut n sat there for 5 min before this kid tells me they not taking walk ins and place was dead. I’m sure u coulda shaved my head in 5 min. Wack place

Negative experience: Be aware, you call , they say walk in are ok , and then start dodging the walk ins and , let you wait for hours! And only start doing appointments, but if they are no show up those , don’t want to do the walk ins ! Lazy and totally unprofessional.

Negative experience: Wasted my time, I was a walk in. Put my name on the list. Was expecting to wait for quite a bit which was fine with me. After waiting an hour, the person that works at the desk there has the audacity to finally tell me that they weren’t taking walk ins today And asked if I wanted to book another day. Thanks for wasting my time. Would definitely not be coming to this location

Fantastic experience: Amando went 40 mins overtime to get one last cut in for me before the store closed and still took his time and did not rush at all to make sure he worked his magic. Very high quality cut with added perks included in the basic cut in the end as well. First time at this shop and plan to come back.

Fantastic experience: V's is a classic barbershop experience! This particular V's has a great staff. I recommend making an appointment, but walk ins are welcome.

Negative experience: Darin was my son barber, he was really professional and I am sorry that he left, other barbers in Chandler are not professional and next time I will try another branch

Fantastic experience: Mary and Brenda - have given me the best shaves at this location. You can't go wrong with either one of them. Multiple hot towels, moisturizers, lotions and shave cream, it's an amazing 30 mins of relaxation! I feel asleep twice!
