Negative experience: Worst haircut with the younger barber, he can only do machine cut, fade, anything that requires scissor cut - absolutely zero skill, so much so the other older barber had to fix it. Also, when asked to fix got very aggressive. They lure you in with 18$, and then charge more. To be avoided.

Negative experience: Out the front it says 18 bucks than on some small sign behind the door inside it says th real price anything with zero is 40 bucks, good job guys you tricked me good, but that’s the last time. The cut was good but yep bad taste with the signage.

Negative experience: The haircut wasn’t worth the $30 I paid. The barber seemed rushed and then asked for $35 at the end. The board outside said “from $18,” so I expected something closer to that—not $35 for a rushed job. I’m sharing this so the shop can improve and future customers can hopefully receive a better experience. The haircut was not too bad.

Negative experience: I’ve had the owner cut my hair before, and it was fine, but this time he wasn’t there. A young guy started the cut, and it was clear he had no real experience. I had to ask if he’d ever cut hair before. Halfway through, someone else took over. The result was less than average. There’s a big sign out front advertising $18 cuts, but they charged me $35.46 with no explanation. For what I got, this is a total scam! Never setting foot in there again.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. The haircut was delivered in a very rough manner. At the end of the haircut, I had rashes and my neck was in pain from how rough the women was cutting with the razer. Throughout the entire time, she didn't say a word either. It was very strange, and the cut was rushed and uneven near the end. She didn't clean the back of my head afterwards and many little strands of hair were stuck all over. Price wise, it is deceptive. The ads outside are completely manipulative. She charged me $35 despite the ads stating it would be under $20. I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Friendly and professional. I’m happy with the masterpiece he created on my head. Best thing is that he is open early so I could get a hair cut before work.

Negative experience: Expensive and low quality. The instruments were malfunctioning- the trimmer was jamming. The overall quality of the haircut is poor - the symmetry wasn’t maintained. The razor cut wasn’t pleasant at all and left small wounds. Overall price was 60$ - don’t trust the ads on the street.

Negative experience: Honestly the worst haircut I have ever had and hope I ever do have. The guy did not know how to cut hair, he kept trying to show me the back with a mirror, to indicate he was finished when so much of my hair hadn't even been addressed. The worst thing is I have a double crown and the absolute hatchet job he did means it still looks bad a good few weeks down the line. I never normally write reviews, but just want to stop anyone going to this disastrous place.

Negative experience: Came in looking for a decent hair cut as I'm going out, the guy clearly could not cut hair, it was uneven, cut my side burns off, I told him I wasn't happy at all and didn't want to pay.... he stood in front of me wouldn't let me leave, said it looked good when I clearly was NOT HAPPY, very intimating, I offered to pay $20 instead of the $35 he said no too bad I have to pay for what I was "unhappy with" he said " you have 30 seconds to pay me $35.... said I was trying to get out of payment. Will never go there again and don't recommend anyone else. The guy looked so young and he was very careless shocking service. Sad customer service, whoever left him alone at the shop, no good for you're reputation

Negative experience: Terrible haircut. Not only did they cut my hair not how I asked they also don’t appear to sanitize equipment. Instead grabbing scissors and clipper from a box covered in hair and not from a sanitizing solution. Also they have misleading signs saying “haircuts from 18$” but will charge you 35$. Their price breakdown is hidden behind the door and only pensioners are able to get the 18$. This bait and switch tactic is a very poor business practice so I’d recommend you go elsewhere.

Negative experience: The lady in the hijab butchered my hair. Asked for a taper and paid $35 for an unblended fade. The "price" list is hidden behind the door (the outside sign stated "from" $18 for mens cut) which is shady. During my haircut the lady was constantly on her phone, was not paying attention at all.

Negative experience: One of the worst haircuts I have had in a long time, despite me showing a photo of my normal cut. The $18 is also just a ploy to get you into the shop. A guy before me was charge $35 for a quick cut, that looked horrible on him.

Negative experience: cut into my hairline despite me saying not to, managed to stop him before he butchered it beyond repair. On top of that a horrible skin fade with no blend at all and cut bits of my hair i asked to be kept… went and got it fixed at Barbers Residence about 5min down the road, was much better don’t even bother coming here go straight over there.

Negative experience: Got my hair cut by someone who seemed to be an apprentice. My haircut now looks like I got a helmet on my head. It's cut too short on a too big surface of the head. It's okay, it could be worse, it's a matter of a week or 2 and we won't see it. Gave him an extra star cause he seemed like he really wanted to do well but the results is far from being the best The tall Malaysian lady is however amazing, she had cut my hair really well last time and that's why I came back.

The another Asian guy who always cuts my hair gives me the best hair for $30, but he gave me hair I couldn't walk out of the house and took $38. By the way, I will cut all my hair off and shaved it later. It's a shame because I was planning to travel with cool hair

Other barbershops are sometimes too rough with your head. 5/5 recommend Edit: after reading the other reviews I decided to make a more detailed review: This is my second time in the shop and I was looked after by an arab gentleman for my first time, didn't give him instructions, it was just post covid and i shaved my head before so my head was a complete disaster once grown out. He provided nothing but great service and fixed my head, saying he's got me. He did have me covered. So my second time in the shop was a 2 years later (apologies for not coming back for a while) and was looked after by a south east asian bloke. He was very quiet but he delivered great service. Asked me before he did anything and got a skin fade blend into a trim on the top plus a line. Very satisfied and great pricing. I hope the shop continues to run for a while as it is in my neighbourhood. Big ups to the guys

Negative experience: The Junior barber cut my fringe straight like a ruler before I asked him to recut it. Even then, he cut it way shorter than the reference picture I showed him. And so it doesn't seem like I'm asking for the impossible, the reference picture is literally a picture of me 3 weeks ago. I can't stress enough on how poorly trained the guy was. Negative experience: I have never left a review before. But this barber is so freaking bad. They charged $35.49 for 10 mins haircut. The barber was in a rush like there is a dog chasing him. No blend, uneven haircut like the right side of my hair is longer than my left side and then I asked him to make it even. But even worse and the left side is longer now. I think a blind man can do much better than this. I don't know how can this barber have 4.5 stars from 700++ reviews. Please if you have junior barbers, train them properly. I am so upset rn and definitely will not come back.

Negative experience: I asked for the price of wash after so called $20 hair cut (he spended less than 7mins) and they said $5 dollars and then they charged $35 at the end. I asked why? He said he used hairblower. Man! how you are making hair dry without using hairblower after wash? And he didn’t even make it fully dry in the cold weather. First and last! Such a shame.

Negative experience: Rushed a simple number 3 back and sides, taking a grand total of about 15 minutes, all while cutting unevenly and accidentally tearing bits away when he got too aggressive with the clippers. This would’ve been perhaps what you would expect from a $20 haircut, as advertised outside, but I was charged almost $35 without any prior warning. Be wary!

Negative experience: Had the worst experience here, a trainee did my hair and he was so impatient, he didn’t try to discuss how I really wanted it to be done before starting to shave it so short even though I kept telling him not too short, not too shade. The worst part is he cut and razored it unmindfully in a rush like he doesn't care and when I got back home realized there are a lot of uneven hairs everywhere. Now I’ll have to get my hair fixed in another place. I know I have to take responsibility for getting my hair cut in a new place but at least cut someone’s hair responsibly. Thanks

Negative experience: Price outside advertised as from $20. I have possibly the simplest cut there is a 'short back and sides nothing off the top'. The cut took 10 minutes and was OK . I handed over $20 assuming as I always do that my simple cut would be the basic price. No - I had to hand over $30 before they would allow me to leave. I definitely won't return.

Fantastic experience: Ethan (guy with fish tattoo on his arm) gives beautiful haircuts in a very short amount of time, and the others are great too. Not too chatty (which is great for me) but friendly. Plus they've recently switched from playing radio pop to gentle jazz music which is a very relaxing vibe. Great value.

Negative experience: That old barber who speaks poor English is just so unprofessional. The way he uses trimmers is so rough that it even made me hurt. I requested for an undercut which is not a simple cut, and he just spend 5, 6 minutes to do it. Makes me feel he's rushing and hope me to leave asap. Furthermore, charging $3 on card transaction is simply ridiculous (and they won't let you know beforehand).
