Negative experience: I think this barbershop should take their work much more seriously. It’s very unprofessional when barbers are checking their phones or chatting with each other while attending to clients. In my case, I had been growing my hair for over a year and only wanted to trim the sideburns. However, due to a lack of attention, the barber ended up cutting a part that shouldn’t have been touched. Considering the price you pay at this place, they should be fully focused on their clients and the work they’re doing, instead of being distracted by their phones or conversations — especially while someone is in the chair trusting them with their look. It was a really disappointing experience since I had spent a year taking care of my hair, only for it to be ruined in a few minutes because of poor focus.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service, best haircut and haircut experience I have ever had. Really top class. Everyone is extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. Pato (I hope my spelling is correct), checked me in, Arruda cut my hair. Brilliant service from the moment I walked in until I departed. The cut was exactly what I asked for, conversation was great, and the care taken was unmatched. Highly recommended, these gents are brilliant and you won't find the same care and quality anywhere else. Superb!

Fantastic experience: This place is AMAZING. All the guys in there are the kind of people you hope to find when you go to a Brazilian barber shop--covered in tats, great hair (or shaved heads with GLORIOUS beards), gym rats. Think "your favorite cousin who helped you get in trouble" kind of men. It's AWESOME. Natanael, or PATO, gave me a FANTASTIC Mohawk fade for my end-of-contract, en route to Bali style. We laughed and had the best time while he very carefully made me feel ten feet tall and SUPER-cool. Good people, great hair, immaculate vibes. Pricing is competitive and sip a coffee or water while you're gettin' HANDSOMER. Ha!

The guys at Tres are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you step foot in the door. Today was my second appointment with Henrique and he knows his stuff - he is very thorough and has a keen eye for detail. His haircuts and beard trims have been consistent on all levels - very happy and will keep returning!

Negative experience: I asked for a very simple haircut just trimming the sides and taking a centimeter of the top. I ended up looking like a mushroom. My fringe was completely gone the sides had no overlap, and the hair was cut uneven. It seemed like the barber was lacking basic skills and even his colleague had to help him at the end. I am very disappointed to say the least. I will add the two reference photos with the haircut

Fantastic experience: very professional environment and barber, booked in with Robert for a skin fade and he managed to fix up my hair and not just cut it. he noticed the top had uneven lengths of hair from front to back, so instead of just cutting the same length off the top and leaving it short and still uneven, he took the time to fix up and even out everything properly to make sure the haircut was left to a quality from tres barbershop. very clean fade and fixed the top

Negative experience: I’ve been there many times and in the last occasion I didn’t feel comfortable neither welcome, all the barbers talking about last costumers and also I felt the barber was rushing to cut my hair, zero kindness. The haircut isn’t bad at all but you can find better ones in Sydney.
