My barber understands that sometimes i cant always make it back whenever i need a haircut, but he has given me advise on what to tell the other barbers to ensure that i get the right haircut that is suitable to me!

I’ve never asked his name but I have been to see him five times and he always does a brilliant job on my hair, I’ve never been disappointed. When you find a good hairdresser and you’re happy with them every time you stick with them

Negative experience: Worst barber shop in chatswood. Do not go here to get your hair cut if you want to be presentable. None of the staff here actually know how to cut hair. Genuine disappointment. Wouldn’t even offer a refund after butchering the cut. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Such lovely attentive barbers in this shop. They are a new business and we walked past several times and they smiled and looked welcoming. On a few occasions they also offered my son a lollipop. 2 weeks ago my son needed a haircut so I thought we'd give them a go. We waited a little while as they were proven popular. I sat there and watched Ivan do a haircut on a young teenage boy. He was efficient and did a beautiful job. When my 4 yo son go on the seat I joked and said I wish my son could a haircut as lovely as that and he said that's no problem at all. He proceeded to do the same cut on my son, he used 3 different size clippers then scissors, then a blade to get a clean line. The result was amazing. He treated my child like he would an adult and yet charged much less. My son was so happy and every shop we walked into afterwards we got lovely compliments. Then the following week my husband needed a haircut I told him he must give these guys a go. When we got there they remembered us straight away and even offered my son some gel for touch up. My husband got a haircut he wanted and let's be honest he's extremely picky as his mum is a hairdresser. Sala was my husband's barber that day and he told us that he's been serving clients all over the world. We highly recommend these guys. They do good work and charge reasonably. We will definitely be back. Update: nov 2022 we went back again. Same deal just as good. Another gorgeous haircut for my son this time by Jay. Thank you for being so patient. Update: March 2023 back again and Uncle Jay did another awesome haircut. And congratulations on your upcoming wedding. See you guys in a few months. August 2023, Jay is back from his wedding. Congratulations beautiful wedding photos. Taylor had a special Cut from Jay today with a “lightening” sign etched on the back of his head. He’s loving it. Thanks Jay. October 2023, we got a haircut matching our Dino face paint today, coloured hairspray and all. Jay definitely knows how to win a child’s heart. June 2024 another winner by Jay on T’s birthday. Dec 2024 A++++ again to Jay and team. Dec 2025 A++++ forever grateful to Jay this year he’s outdone himself with a rainbow hairdo. My son is loving it. Jan 2026 Awesome as usual. Photo updated.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. The barber did the exact opposite of what I asked and used the clippers so fast and roughly that I ended up with rashes around my neck. Guy was speaking with himself all the time and not paying attention on what he is supposed to do.

Positive experience: Great service from Jay. Would recommend getting a haircut from him - pays great attention to the small details. Another barber was just ok - tended to bang the electric razor against my head, also sprayed way too much water (ran down my forehead into my eye).
