Fantastic experience: I went into the shop this morning right at 9am and Devon was all set up and ready for my cut. My hair was in pretty bad condition to begin with and Devon spent the extra time to pay attention to detail and get me right. I recommend this shop and Devon to anyone! 10/10

Negative experience: Came in and got a haircut everything was good the first time second time around I booked an appointment and then they called me saying the person I booked the haircut with wasn't going to be in and that they can get me at a sooner time but I explained to them that I might not make it due to work I'm being off in time but they said it's okay just come in anyways because I didn't want to get charged a cancellation fee so came in the following day late and they didn't mention anything about the cancellation fee so when it was time to pay I was wondering why my haircut was $90 and they said because of the cancellation fee they pulled a fast one and all the barber did was try to be a smart-ass so I didn't argue and left before things got out of hand.

Been going to this place for 2 years and last time someone new messed up my hair. I still had to pay for that. I will never ever come again. Absolutely ridiculous and bad training management.
