Negative experience: Good Barber I just dont get how the haircut is $35 but I was charged $45 and thats before the tip. I still think I got scammed I booked online for just the $35 haircut but out the door before tip he charged me $45 I ended up paying $53 on top of tip. Did I overpay? And I just got an easy cut.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt once again. One hour and seven minutes for a haircut. Come on it doesn’t take that long. Average time is 45 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Every time I come in to get my son’s cut by Jose A.K.A Gents he’s always professional. I like how he asks my sons how they exactly want their hair cut and during the time of the cuts he converses with them. Which shows good customer service and my sons enjoy the conversation. My sons won’t go to another Barber now cause Gents has made them both feel welcomed and comfortable. Gents is a coo laid back Barber & I definitely recommend anyone to let him get you fresh.

I told him "it was okay and thank you anyways" I have a right not to use your shop and your barber has a right to talk crap when I walk away even though everyone already seen what happened. I have a right to write a review about what happened and the owner has a right to lie about it. I guess I DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. BUT THE NEXT SHOP DID!? WILD!) It's up to the owner if he wants to rent a building so kids can play Xbox Asked the barber for a high fade zero on the sides two inches off the top. I didn't want a skin fade. Which he was arguing over semantics saying a zero is a skin fade. So I tell him repeatedly I just want a zero on the sides no matter what it's called! It seems that the other barbers knew what I was saying and trying explain it to him (which I appreciate) WHAT I DON'T APPRECIATE IS WHEN I DECIDE TO LEAVE AND SAY "It's okay, thank you anyways" I CAN HEAR THE BARBER TELL THE OTHER BARBERS THAT IDK WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! Walked to the next closest Barber shop and asked for the same exact thing. They did it without hesitation! HONESTLY MY HAIR WAS SUPER LONG AND I DON'T THINK HE WANTED TO CUT IT. PROBABLY WANTED TO GO BACK TO PLAYING XBOX. WHAT THEY WERE DOING BEFORE. A whole shop full of barbers not interested in cutting hair

Fantastic experience: Faded By Mike. Mike has been our families barber for along time. Use to cut my hair ( when I had hair) Now he takes care of my son's haircuts. Since he was little. Best barber in Glendale hands down.

Negative experience: Got my long hair cut with a tapper fade and they gave me the girl in the back and she did not line up my long hair. Grown back in looking at both sides one is off and is not straight around my head.

Negative experience: Got a cut here before twice but this one was just bad in my opinion. Used too much enhancements and I also got cut a couple times as well which I didn’t notice until I left. Didn’t feel like it was a rushed cut at all but also don’t think I needed all the enhancements as they weren’t used the first 2 times I got cut here. Maybe it was the barber or so but ik this establishment doesn’t produce much bad work. I’ll still continue to come as this was and should be a one time occurrence/ UPDATE I let the enhancements go away and I see I have more cuts I wasn’t faded right on one side and the lineup is not straight at all

Negative experience: The prices are not clearly posted. I looked at the counter and above and even next to the counter along the wall. I wear glasses so after taking them off in the chair a moment after walk-in I did not see anything till I was walking to the counter to pay. Again looking along the wall and above and next to the counter. No prices posted. $50 is a salon hair cut. I received a buzz cut only the sides around my ears and the neck this is a simple line up. No scissors no razors only buzzing the sides. These place is price gouging and stealing from the local population and the community suffers. You steal from families. EAD

Fantastic experience: I book my appointment with my Barber "Mike" every time and I have not ONCE had a single screw up what so ever. This is the place to get your haircut and your kids. I always have the best experience coming here and getting my haircit. It may be a bit pricy to be honest but I have never had service like theirs before anywhere else so I think it's well worth the price for what you are getting.

Negative experience: Had a similar experience as others. Accidentally scheduled my appointment for the Glendale Ave not the West Gate location, but they were slow so they took me. Told the barber what I wanted for my hair and beard, he didn't touch my beard or line me up except for the cheek bone area. He charged me for a full hair and beard but only did half the work. What's worse is a week later it looks like no one even cut my hair. Gave it a second shot and it was just as bad. I dont recommend this barber. Go anywhere else.

Negative experience: This goes for their WestGate location. This is the second time they done this to me where I’d go on Booksy to book an appointment for available slots and sure enough you arrive and the person you pick is not in as it’s their day off. Why tf do they not have their schedule coordinated. So what should have been a 1 hour cut turns into 2+ because you wait for a chair to open. Thought the whole point of Booksy was to help fix that issue. Decided to walk out and not wait this time.

Negative experience: Horrible hair cut for 45 dollars I got better at a bunch of other places for less money messed up my line back to front and my beard he didn't do anything but a fast trip on top of all that he was in a hurry and his shop was empty I wanted to tip him big but after that no thank you just save your money and go elsewhere 2 Stars only because he was trying to be nice

Negative experience: Probably the worst cut i had in awhile. New girl needs alot of practice. Thanks to the guy i was able to get it fixed kinda, at least what was salvageable. Still got an uneven lineup and side burns for 40-50 bucks, aint worth it.

Negative experience: I got in the chair told the barber named sayleen what haircut I wanted and half way through I realized she was new and she wasn't good at cutting hair and she messed up my haircut. I am very frustrated with my haircut because of how bad it is.Please train your barbers I dont want them messing anyone else up as bad as me. Fantastic experience: I was lucky and made it in after remodeling and on a day when I was the first and only person when I got there. I came because my son had some home with the best haircut I have ever seen on him a couple months prior. Dom was the young man that cut my hair, he was polite, and thorough, it was hands down the best haircut I have had in the past couple years. (My wife concurs) I only to to barbers and this was and is the BEST sopt hands down. I will only be returning here moving forward, I recommend you try this place to get the best cut for your money, kids or adults.

Negative experience: I waited an hour for service, that’s understandable on a Saturday, but during my cut the young man would stop to have a conversation with the other barber! Then the “manager” came in and sat down to play in his phone and chit chat! That was frustrating, also I informed the barber of my cowlicks and he cut my hair too short anyway! I won’t be back

Fantastic experience: Fresh Cutz was great! I was able to make a same day appointment. Mike greeted us and started on my 6 year olds hair right away. They immediately put a kids movie on the big screen TV. Mike did a great job on my sons hair.

Fantastic experience: Met the owner in person long before I took my 5 and 4 year olds there. He was so cool I had to support his business. The barber was good and got both my boys more quickly than I thought it would take. We were in the shop for like an hour tops, wait included. The cuts went smoothly, not a cry from either boy. My only disappointment was no brush and aftershave to finish the cut, which was the only thing I remembered from my first time being taken to a barber by my grandfather. Still gets five stars tho.

I'm glad I gave it a another chance best place in town to get a cut with some of the best barbers available. Always known to do a fresh cut hense the name but the barber I got last time let me down wanted a skin fade didn't skin my hair completely. I know you might argue why I didnt let him know but tbh I really didnt feel like sitting in the chair longer lol wasn't worth 30 mind you I have paid 45 here at this place and left happy but this was a horrible experience will be trying a new place just to see if I will get as good or better service. Still love ya though keep getting that paper fatboy.

The female there got an attitude and decided to purposely do exactly what I said not to do then tried to charge me 35 dollars for a cut that only needed the sides nothing more LOL thats really the second time something like that happened there which Is the reason I hadn't been there in 4 years and decided to try it again and no luck obviously same owner same management I wouldn't recommend this place if you care about your hair straight up ☠️

Fantastic experience: BIG SHOUT OUT TO FR3SH CUTZ! I would always drive past fr3sh cutz cause I had my barber but one day I decided to stop in and get a cut. I didn't have to wait long at all and they have ice cream & drinks to cool off (big plus) it was a chill environment and the barbers were welcoming. I asked for a mid fade and my beard to be trimmed & shaped the barbers name was Christian he did an exceptional job I would definitely recommend this place. 5 star service all around stop by and check them out!

Negative experience: 1 out of 10 would not recommend. Barber was rude first couple minutes in the chair seemed like his phone and his kid he brought to work was more important. Asked for a taper he gave it to me. Wasn’t what I wanted asked to fix it he said he would have to charge me. I was okay with that. He wanted to continue to argue with me saying he cut my hair the right way. Even if that’s the case don’t argue with a customer willing to pay more. I left and got my hair fixed somewhere else.
