Fantastic experience: From the time you walk in and the very nice young lady at the front desk welcomes you, to the time, Latoya cuts and shapes your hair and a shampoo and a razor cut for my neck, it is nothing but a little slice of relaxation and an appreciation for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a really nice experience here at Local BarberCo. Came in for a haircut, beard trim, and fade - my barber was Destiny. She was very patient, easy to talk to, and very professional. She gave me the exact cut I asked for, gave helpful feedback whenever I was unsure about what to do with my cut, and double-checked everything along the way, - making sure everything looked good! Left happy with a really nice haircut and beard trim which was done in timely manner. I wasn’t too big of a fan of the price (paid somewhere between $55-65), but the quality and care of the cut definitely makes it worth it. Destiny was awesome and my experience at Local BarberCo was awesome, will definitely be returning!

Crystal did an amazing job with my kids haircut. She was thorough and detailed. This is my third time here but this is the most satisfied I have been. Crystal was just visiting the branch, I hope we can have her around permanently. She's also good with ladies haircut, I would definitely have her cut my hair. Negative experience: I specifically asked Mindy to trim just a quarter inch of my hair since I was preparing for a reception. Instead, she cut off about an inch — much more than I requested. The beard trim was also done poorly and looked messy. To make things worse, her attitude throughout the service was unpleasant and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: We arrived around 10:15 AM for two quick fades—no wash, no razor cuts. At that time, we were informed that there was a 10:30 AM appointment for a group of four. We were told we could either wait or make an appointment for 11:30 AM. My husband chose to wait. During this time, we observed two staff members in the back—one on her phone and the other doing her makeup—and a front desk employee scrolling through a dating site. Despite no one actively working on clients, we were still asked to wait. By 10:35 AM, the scheduled appointment had not arrived. At that point, the front desk attendant said they would go ahead and start on my husband and son’s hair if the appointment didn’t show. However, instead of following through, she then called the scheduled appointment and told my husband he could reschedule because “they’ll be here soon.” This made it clear that your shop allows appointments to show up whenever they want while walk-ins are made to wait indefinitely. It also gave the impression that your staff was more interested in avoiding work than welcoming new clients. The entire experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. We were hoping to become regular customers, but this kind of treatment makes it unlikely we’ll return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the staff’s priorities and customer service standards.
