Negative experience: Booked an appointment online. Came on-time but waited for 13 mins yet no sign of my stylist (Lane). And then none bothered to inform me that none is available to cut my hair. I am never going to come back here. First time I am giving a bad review against anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a new hair stylist since my wife and I purchased a new home in Frisco Lakes. I booked an appointment online with Julia and she did not disappoint. This was absolutely the best cut I’ve ever received in the last 20 years. She is very detailed and meticulous. I’m used to having my hair cut in 15 minutes from my previous stylists. Julia spent 40 minutes making sure my cut was perfect. I am a new customer at Cool Heads hands down!! Thank you Julia, You rock!!

Negative experience: Why do you allow customers to book a 5:30 pm appointment but when you come in, they tell you they are getting ready to close? Adjust your system so it doesnt allow to book appointments at 5:30 if you are not going tk take customers in. What a waste of time

She’s professional, welcoming, and really takes her time to make sure the cut comes out exactly how you want it. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Negative experience: My recent haircut is the top 2 worst haircuts, I’ve ever had in my 29 years of living on this earth. Asked for an inch off and got a military haircut. Stylist/manager is nice but not a great day with the clippers at all for him. Sad to say never coming back here again.

I've honestly never been good about getting regular haircuts, partly because I'm a socially anxious person and struggle with small talk. But my experience with Chelsey has been amazing. She is incredibly easy and fun to talk to, which makes the whole appointment so enjoyable. ​On top of that, I am happier than I've ever been with the way my hair looks! I've actually started going back at regular intervals for the first time in my life. I can't recommend Chelsey enough. You can tell she puts a lot of care into her work and is extremely talented at what she does

Fantastic experience: Got a haircut and beard trim here recently and it came out exactly how I wanted. The barber really listened, kept my cheeks clean and tight, faded the sides just right, and shaped the beard so it flows downward naturally. The buzz cut blended perfectly with the beard, which is hard to get right. The place was clean, chill vibe, and they took their time to get every detail sharp. Definitely coming back.

While quick, he was still very detail oriented and am very satisfied with the haircut. And I was able to join a 9:30am work call with plenty of time. It was nice as I tend to get uneasy if I’m sitting in the barber chair 30+ minutes
