Negative experience: I cannot give this barber shop a 5 star .i came for a low skin fade . I came to my car look at couple hairs still intact on my side burns.The barber just dinnot satisfy .i had a special ocasion to go to , wanted to look good . But didnt turn that way. I believe if charging the amount your charging your proffesion should show . I feel i was taken advantage .

KB has a real eye for balance and proportion. He didn’t just shorten the beard. He shaped it thoughtfully, worked with my natural density, and blended everything so it looked intentional and clean. His attention to detail around the cheek line, neckline, and mustache was especially impressive. You can tell he understands structure, not just length. The shop itself is spotless and well organized. Clean stations, comfortable chairs, and a relaxed but focused atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can actually unwind instead of feeling rushed through a service. From booking to checkout, the entire experience was smooth and professional. I walked in without an appointment and Moe saw to me soon after. He did an excellent job of understanding what style I wanted and worked diligently to get me back on track. His level of focus was unlike anything I'd ever experienced from a barber before. I will be going back.

Fantastic experience: I initially went to 'Salon Boutique' and he completely messed up the haircut. I asked for a simple lineup and skin fade, the lineup was messed up badly and the fade was a taper. The hairdresser told me to go back to Australia to get it fixed, yelled at me and kicked me out of the shop. Decided to go to Diamond Barbershop, and I highly recommend going here. Sam and KB took their time, analyzed what went wrong, and made a plan to fix the haircut. I got a burst fade which completely fixed all the prior problems, with a really clean lineup. Very patient and professional people. If you are ever in Dallas, you definitely need to go here. Shoutout to KB for fixing everything, he is elite and I highly recommend going to him!

Fantastic experience: I had a cut with Moe today and he did great. He was knowledgeable and he gave me good advice about my hair. He also worked very hard and I think he was chill I wish I tipped him more. I like the atmosphere of the barbershop it has a bunch of sports pictures on the walls and Moe had a bunch of equipment. It was a little pricey for me though but I think it was worth it. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town it was a good experience.
