Negative experience: She messed my hairs up even though I told her I need a fade but I don’t know what she did. Both sides don’t even match. Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: Henry should be kept away from the clipper. I came in for a very simple mid fade and clean up on top. The cut came out uneven even after I explicitly asked for it to be rounded off. Then when it came to the top I ask for it to just be cleaned up a bit. He took god damn clipper to the entire top and buzzed it. In what world does cleaning it up mean buzz it with clippers. That’s when you suppose to use a bit of water and scissors to trim. After that massive screw up I had to get a different person came in to finish because it was already screw up enough. 5th time here never an issue and first time last having Henry cut my hair and the last.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for years and it used to be good. But now the quality has significantly dropped. I got a cut yesterday and they literally cut all my hair off. They don’t listen and do what they want. And the price is now $18 - the price outside says $16. For this price, I could go to any other place like a great clips where they have trained barbers. Not going back here again

Negative experience: Used to be a great place, but the quality has dropped exponentially. Some of the barbers have no idea what they are doing and it gets really uncomfortable as they butcher your poor hair. My guy actually laughed at my hair after he was finished with it! One of his friends was there acting as a thug in case I complained about my embarrassing haircut - which, thank goodness, I didn’t. And, yes, they charge more than advertised. Once a loyal customer. Never going back.

Negative experience: So first let me tell u why they have high rating… they give u free haircuts if u put them a 5 star review… they say it’s 14 but it’s 17… still not too bad… but the reason for 1 star is that she didn’t listen to me when I told her what do I want and just started cutting the hair… after I said sth she made the least amount of effort to finish the job… whole thing took like 6 min according to my phone… I love cheap places for haircut… I know a bunch in all cities… this place ain’t one… they are not independent stylist… they are I think just bad stylist… maybe I went there on the wrong day or so, and I didn’t want to leave a bad review but when I saw that they give u free haircuts if u leave them 5 star reviews, I decided to say that this place is not as good as it seems…

Negative experience: I had such a bad hair cut done yesterday and it spoiled my new year eve and new year as well. I kept telling I do not want a step cut and I don't want my hair shorter but the hair dresser woman did not listen at all . She said she had an experience of 30 years so she just used the scissors on my hair like nothing and said was doing a layer cut but it ended up looking like a step cut. My hair is all uneven, short and all over the place. I could not set it up any way and the bangs do not make sense . All my hair length is gone and if I try to get it even I will end up in Bob cut hair style I paid 30$ to cry on new year!! My ponytail is messed up I can't write enough things here to express how deeply sad and disappointed and frustrated with my haircut I am . This is not what I was expecting to do on new years day but Everytime I see the hair I feel upset. She treated me like I don't know what a layer cut is and gave me a uneven horrible haircut that I can't feel comfortable anywhere with not my work any social gathering...Katy , I am sorry but you really really spoiled it for me ! I don't know why I didn't listen to other reviewers!

Negative experience: Do NOT get your haircut from holly. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because my sister got hers from jully and it was fine. Holly made me stand up during half of the haircut because she said she might “mess up” if I was sitting down. Then she proceeded to cut straight across my hair? A horizontal line? And didn’t even fix it? Even though I asked multiple times? Now my hair just looks like a huge block. I also asked for layers and instead of layers it looks like someone nibbled at the ends of my hair? I kept asking her to fix it and she kept telling me “your hair is so healthy now.” I also wanted to cut some face framing strands but I am glad I didn’t end up telling her because that would probably have been a disaster in itself. Multiple friends have told me it looks like someone just cut straight across my hair and I honestly don’t know what to think. I wanted to ask Jully to fix my hair after but I refrained because I thought it would be impolite but every time I look in the mirror I really wish I did.

Fantastic experience: Brought post my school aged boys. They have been fighting me to get their haircuts for months. Finally convinced them to come here after showing them previous review with images. Jully did an amazing job with my 7 year old. Quick friendly and he looks so handsome. And Anna did my oldest who has longer thick curly hair. She cut it much shorter than it was and kept the style! Boys are happy - Very pleased mama.

Negative experience: I recently visited this salon expecting to pay the advertised $16 on a large banner for a haircut. However, I was charged $22 because my son has longer hair, even though the entire process took only 10 minutes or so. Clear pricing would help customers.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer of Expert Clip for the past six years. Unfortunately, since Maya and Samantha left, the quality has dropped significantly from a 9/10 to a 4/10. Today, I visited the shop at 6:50 PM and asked if it was too late since they close at 7. The senior staff member assured me it was not a problem. Regrettably, I ended up with a worst haircut. The stylist was in such a rush and clearly knew she did a poor job, as she tried to blame me for arriving late at the end. If you don't have the time or interest to provide quality service, you shouldn't accept a client. I won't be returning to this place anymore.

Negative experience: I would put negative stars if it were allowed! Don’t go! They left my son hating haircuts and traumatized him with the experience! They pinched his skin with the clippers and caused his to scream and bleed. They didn’t even do the haircut I requested.

Negative experience: I strongly not recomend this place. Language barriers, difficult to understand costumers, no option to pay with credit cards, cash inly. I instructed the guy what to do and he did something totally different. They over charge the prize for what they does. A disaster.

Fantastic experience: I've been there at least 4 times now. First time I had my hair cut by Sam who is fantastic. Took her maybe 15 minutes, while the students at toni and guy hairdressing academy took two and a half hours. Their prices are too low considering the quality and speed of their employees. My second time I had my hair cut by Stacy, who was just as quick and just as good as Sam. One of the owners finished my cut. He was super friendly and excited to move to a bigger location (behind olive burger). My subsequent times I've had haircuts with beard trims and they're always exceptional (as well as quick!). If you want a great price for a great haircut, you've found the right place, don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Do NOT go here if you are a woman and want a shorter/androgynous haircut or anything above your shoulder. I used to go when I had longer hair and they did a good job, but once I started getting my hair cut shorter the service fell apart. Got a bob cut so uneven another hair stylist asked if whoever cut it was blind. Another time the stylist charged me extra after I corrected them cutting my hair incorrectly and asked “why I would want” my hair cut like that. Overall a negative experience, and I can only recommend if you are a man who gets a run of the mill buzz or a woman with hair so long it can’t be messed up. If you want anything layered be prepared to cry in the car afterwards.
