Fantastic experience: They are very soft with their hands there’s no pain when they cut my hair. they use great products as well having your haircut looking fresh. Every time I come they are very welcoming and very nice. I wouldn’t go to any other barber shop, they are hands down the best barber shop in Dallas. For the cost of the haircut and the service they perform it is worth every dollar.

Positive experience: Set up an appointment with Ahmed, and a random dude worked on me. Appts don't matter, you will still wait. Cut was normal, I was sat down and saw that tools already had hair on it though. Got slightly above avg cut for 40$. "waxed eyebrow" was a eyebrow line up with a straight razor. Giving 3 stars since the owner seems chill and it is a small business. Will return in the future and try again to see if it's deserves a higher rating or not

Negative experience: Don’t come here if you are are African American and have a nice beard. I came here to have my beard lined up and shaved on the sides and the guy takes almost all the hair off the bottom of my chin and then lowered the lines on the sides of my beard and basically ruined my whole beard.

Fantastic experience: The Barber got my beard under control and I asked him to only cut the frayed ends of my long hair, maybe about a half an inch, of which he complimented me about while combing it out. Ahmad at "Cut and Shave Barber Shop" put extra work into my beard, and it almost felt like he was sculpting it, and the results speak for themselves, as my friends and family love it! Definitely going back in a couple weeks for a touch-up and maybe...maybe some natural coloring, we'll see. Quite happy with the results! ^_^

Negative experience: Whoever cut my boyfriend’s hair did horrible. He just cut straight bangs that are hideous! The line up isn’t bad but they need to learn how to do the front of hair. You can’t just cut straight bangs like that. It looks like a bowl cut. They need to learn how to layer. He will not! Be returning.
