Fantastic experience: I brought my son in for a haircut and Jhonder did an AMAZING job! My son has had many bad hair cuts from multiple kids haircut places where they make him look like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber. But Jhonder looked at the inspiration pictures and did exactly what my son wanted. It was the very first time my son was happy after a haircut and that made me super happy! Jhonder was very meticulous and did not rush. He didn't cut too much off, and did the exact style my son wanted. The shop was very clean, and everyone was nice. I would highly recommend Patilla! My son has a new confidence in his look and even had fun styling his hair.

Fantastic experience: Moms - don’t hesitate. Bring your kids on over ! Patilla did the impossible and cut my 2 year olds sons hair. He is very scared of haircuts and tends to cry loudly and wiggle around (a lot) …no one has been able to touch my sons hair since June …. But Patilla was up to the task and handled it very well !! He was fast & did an amazing job! He even managed to fit in a trim after the undercut/fade ! My sons hair looks absolutely perfect ! They were so nice and understanding too …..A little kindness goes a long ways these days. I will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone! Best barber in Texas period.

Negative experience: Made an appointment at 3:05. Showed up and they acted like I didn’t have an appointment. He started cutting another customers hair that was a walking. I tipped extra $25 the time before I went and this is the type of service I got when I went back. I left and will never be back. Bad customer service and I will spread the word.

Negative experience: I walked in without an appointment for my first visit. The barber hesitated at first—probably had another appointment coming up—but said he could fit me in. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the service. He didn’t seem to hear or fully understand my instructions. I explained what I wanted, but he just kept saying ‘OK, OK’ and didn’t ask any clarifying questions. The whole cut felt rushed, and while I understand he may have been short on time, if you’re going to take someone in, at least take the time to listen and do it right. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location—maybe I just got a bad barber, and the others are better, but this experience wasn’t it.

Fantastic experience: First time at Padilla Barbershop. Called ahead and got a time. Came in ... no wait. Great haircut and great service. Will definitely be back. Update: Third cut from Alberto. Love the cut and the styling. Still very happy with Patilla Barbershop. Even though Alberto always cuts my hair, I see the other barbers work. They all do really amazing work ... some of the best mens haircuts I've seen.

Negative experience: As Blank man new in Texas I will not recommend this shop to any black man, I walk in the guy with this beard told me to wait till he finished, I waited for more than 45min when he was done, he told me to wait for another baber and he attended to another white guy that just came in, he asked the white guy if he have appointment the guy said nope that he walked in and he told the guys to come he can take care of him, but I have to wait for another baber I just walked out, I don’t know if other Babbers are like that but this guy is a turn off
