Fantastic experience: I’ve lived in Salt Lake for over 6 years now and had struggled to find a barber. So much so I grew my hair out for the last few years. I have Savant a shot, and have had 3 different barbers cut my hair. Each one was absolutely perfect. Not only that, they almost seemed to get better each time I dropped in. Jeremy James cut my hair most recently. It’s exactly what I asked for, I definitely found my barber - but I know if I’m in a crunch I trust anyone in the shop to cut my hair. That, and prices are reasonable and they’re open on Sundays. Highly highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great barbershop! The two haircuts I got from Jesus in my time visiting Utah were probably my best ever. He’s a true professional, amazing attention to detail and so confident with the clippers. He’s a great guy and great barber and I’m glad I found him. The cut with Kaiden was perfect, he listened to what I wanted and made suggestions based on my hair. He was very friendly and personable. He took his time and made sure it was done right.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at Savant. Everyone was welcoming when I went in. Maddie was professional and polite. She was fun to talk to while she worked. I wanted a teddy bear blonde dimensional color and she nailed it. She worked quickly, did an amazing job. She did a great job on the cut. And the styling she did after was beautiful. Highly recommend her!

Negative experience: Do not let the girl even touch your hair. She had zero clue what she was doing, it was like walking into a hair school. It took her over an hour and she had made no progress it was like she was just stalling. And then she asked some guy to the rest. And the part she did do came out horrible

First, he was able to get me in last minute without an appointment which I appreciate! Second, his attention to detail is insane! Negative experience: I just left that barbershop. A blond guy, I think his name is Kayden, served me. It was the worst experience I've had in a long time. While he was shaving my beard, he cut me several times. He did practically nothing to my beard, and the cut was basic, with no effort put into making it look better. I'M NEVER COMING BACK! I had to go to another barbershop.

Fantastic experience: After my barber of many years unexpectedly had to move out of state I had to find someone who knew what to do without any help from me because my previous barber just knew after all these years (such a first world problem to have) When I went to see Morgan he asked me a couple of simple questions and with his experience and knowledge was able to cut my hair better than any previous cut I've ever had and at the conclusion of my first appointment he explained what he did and why which totally made sense. That was 4 or 5 cuts ago and I'm greatly appreciative of how easy he made it all seem and the conversation is always great too. Super clean shop, every person I've seen and/or spoken with at the shop has always been professional, courteous and make you feel like you've been going there for years even though it's your first time. I was looking for a clean fade since I just had got my braids done, and Chad nailed it perfectly. His attention to detail was incredible! The shop itself was welcoming and spotless, with a great vibe. I appreciated that Chad took the time to ask about my preferences, explain how the cut would complement my braids, and even recommend how I can take care of my braids to make them last longer. What stood out the most was the level of professionalism and care. He didn’t rush through the cut, and it was evident he genuinely cared about delivering the best results. I’ve received so many compliments on my haircut since, and I couldn’t be happier! Fantastic experience: It's been about a month since I was here and got a haircut from Morgan. It's by far the best haircut I've ever gotten. He talked about parts of my head/hair that I didn't know existed. It felt like getting my hair cut by a hair scientist. I've never had a haircut look this good for this long.

Fantastic experience: I used to always get my haircut by Chad but he ended up leaving the place I used to go to. I finally found him on instagram and came in to get a haircut from him. He was great before but even 10 times better now! Definitely recommend Chad and the barbershop has a really welcoming vibe.

Negative experience: I'm pretty frustrated after this round at Savant. I was paired with Chad and wanted to get a graduation cut with a small fade at the ears to clean up the profile. I'm a golf professional, so I need to look the part. I was nervous once he started shoving all my fair forward and never clasped it up to get an even look at my sides, and now I'm rocking a giant fade patch on my right side and a tight fade strip on my left. It's a solid inch off from right to left. Small thing, but the entire cut was done with my hair over my eyes and in my face, and that's just annoying over an entire hour. He felt wobbly on those initial passes, and that's when I knew I was in trouble. My last cut there with a different barber was great, and that's why I returned, but I'll be hard-pressed to come back now. I'd love to recommend this place but I just can't anymore.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Taylor for a long time, through several styles and trends. He always nails the cut, turns me on to new products and hair care, and most importantly: he's really cool and easy to talk to. I'm shy and I actually look forward to seeing him and getting my glow up.

Negative experience: waited for 40 minutes, first guy was probably in training but i showed him reference photos and clearly told him what i wanted lengthwise and where. he didn't follow any of it and cut it way too short. it got bad enough to the point where they actually switched barbers half way through. the second guy was nice and tried to fix what he could but it was too far gone. they didn't even get to the back of my head. overall took two hours.
