Fantastic experience: My first "real" haircut in over 10 years, and first Barber experience. After going to Jazz's, I will never step foot in another hairdressers - it's the Barber life for me now. I'm a big guy, but Jazz is a man mountain, but the most humble and nice guy you could want. Made me feel at ease and I almost forgot he was even cutting my hair, with his casual style and engaging chat. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back. By the way, my girlfriend LOVED the new cut and said it makes me look younger. What more could you want. Legend man

Negative experience: Overall unhappy with the end result as way too much was taken off the top. Jazz is a nice guy and has the skills of a good barber. I was impressed with the fade. However, he didn’t remember my desire to keep most of the length on top and before I could say anything he’d taken off too much. He also took some liberties without asking such as lining up my eyebrows and shaving my stubble. I’m sure he meant well but the lack of communication and end result left me frustrated and unlikely to return.

Positive experience: 理髮師親切健談也很好溝通。 剪髮沒有洗的服務。 有點需要注意和待改善的部分是修剪後的檢查 當天剪完回家後照鏡子才發現兩邊鬢角被剃得不齊，後頸的毛髮也沒有剃乾淨。

Fantastic experience: Seen Jazz 8 weeks ago before I had my Job interview, first haircut since I'd moved to Christchurch, didn't even really know what I wanted so said "I've got a job interview tomorrow bro can ya make me look sharp ?" Well far out.. he did !, never really had a fade he said I'm gonna do one for you bro, your gonna look flash as, put my faith in him and he made me look and feel awesome, Got the job As well ! putting my review in now cause 8 weeks gone by the mop top has come back and for the first time reading these reviews, I felt terrible cause everyone has recieved this excellent culture and service from jazz and I should've added to it, Will call either today or tomorrow cause I'm gonna need to look sharp again bro !
