Negative experience: Pretty disgusted with your service. Popped in and wasn't greeted or welcomed by any (3×) of the barbers. Still needed a cut, so sat on the bench next to another 'customer' with his head deep in his phone. After maybe 10mins, had I been the only customer I wouldve asked for assistance, but since there was another 'customer' infront of me, I waited patiently. By this stage still no one had asked if I had a booking or was a walk-in. As soon as another gentlemen walked in, the person I originally thought was a customer, prompted up and assist him immediately. I got up and left, pretty pissed. After this horrible experience, I popped down a couple of shops to Frankies. These guys you can actually tell care. One of the brothers greeted me as I walked-in, stopping mid-haircut to assist me with a booking. --- Lift up your game House, or at least lift your head away from your phone.

Negative experience: This barber shop likes to confirm appointments, then cancel on a whim and refuse to fit you back into their schedule when time is essential. They could have made another appointment later than when they said they were closing to fit me in or fitted me in their existing schedule as an exception as it was their cancelation, they didn't even try. Clearly the customer doesn't come first here. Terrible service, wouldn't go back.

She’s careful , precise, and really pays attention to the details that make a cut look and feel right . Every time I leave her chair, I walk out feeling fresh . extremely recommend if you’re after a quality scissor cut .

Fantastic experience: After 6pm on a Wednesday is impossible to book a last minute, emergency same day haircut. But House of Barber came through! I called in and was booked in for half hr time with Tetiana. Couldn't have asked for a better cut. She was kind, focused and efficient, meanwhile my haircut is nice and clean and tidy thanks to her expertise. I may need to change my regular now... Thanks again team for fitting me in last minute!
