Negative experience: Asked for a low taper fade and she shaved the side of my head of clean no fade just skin and got charged like 60. Terrible service dont get a fade

Negative experience: Worst customer service I've ever had in that shop one barber working who never even acknowledged I was there then a young guy walked from out the back on a different planet I was waiting for,35,minutes got,up and walked out disgusted never to return sorry

Negative experience: I was there a couple of months ago. The owner attended to me. I explained what I wanted, and instead of telling me she didn't know how to do that haircut, she did it anyway. From the moment she picked up the clippers, I realized she had no idea what she was doing. A very bad experience.

Negative experience: Sent my son in for a haircut and its shocking. You can see the steps where they have changed clipper guards and the fringe is diffrent lengths. No way should you charge $35 for a haircut that looks like the new apprentice has done

Negative experience: My first time to this barber for my son who is 3.5 yrs old. The female barber was very unprofessional, no smile, no conversation was done during the entire time. We were soo uncomfortable during the whole session. If this person having a bad day, she shd have taken off and gone home, not standing there and doing service. When I saw it’s uneven at the back of my son’s head, I told her to give a trim to make it even, she said it will be an extra hair cut charge. End of the day we did not get what we requested for my son, but I wanted to pay and leave from there as I was about to burst out. There might be other good barbers in the shop, but Bec of this person behaviours, I will never put my foot in this shop again.

Negative experience: I usually cut my own hair and am happy with how I cut it but I can't get the back so I went to this barber shop to even the back up and trim everything else. The barber starts starts cutting chunks out of my hair before I can say anything. This place is not good everyone just cuts whatever they want. This place also has too many new barbers and the experienced ones don't even know how to cut hair. Will not be going back ever

Fantastic experience: Always consistently good cuts and friendly service. Have been visiting the Bayfair location through various shifts in their location internal to Bayfair Shopping Centre. Prices have risen, but still on par with the market and quality. I am not given the hard sell on things I don't want or need and if I'm chatty or not, they are happy to oblige. Highly recommend for a good cut and walking service is a nice pro for me. If they are busy, I can always get a coffee or some lunch and come right back. Great people.

Negative experience: I took my grandson who is 4..the girl was unfriendly and abrupt and shouldn't cut hair on children. I will not be taking him back there.The place didn't have a friendly atmosphere..no one was chatting away with their customers
