Fantastic experience: i walked in with no booking, asked for a beard trim and i was in a chair within 30 seconds. the barber - Anastasia - was very thorough, detailed, she took her time and made sure i was happy with the result. the only direction i gave her was to make it look tidy - and she certainly succeeded to do that. ive been to a few barbers in the area, just for beard trims, and this was by far the best. the cost was $30 which is slightly more than some other places, but i was more than happy with the result. thank you, i will recommend this barber to anyone looking for a quality cut and friendly service.

Negative experience: I'm sure the cuts are fabulous... but the booking app didn't work for me so I can't be bothered wasting time turn up and being turned away.

She's always professional, friendly and give great attention to detail. My hair is always neat and evenly cut and I leave knowing my hair looks great. The hot towel afterwards is so relaxing. I can highly recommend them!

I want to give a huge recommendation for Jess, she is awesome, made me feel comfortable and her conversations are genuine and also gave me a perfect haircut thank you so much ! The prices are also extremely reasonable, I can't recommended this place enough

Fantastic experience: Wicked barbers with all the frills. They did such great cuts for my man and kid. Kind, experienced staff. They gave us a reasonable appointment time for a same day appointment. 1hour for them both at the same time. Great place to take kids as they have many areas to lounge and wait for cuts or peeps, you can even watch some skateboarding on tv. . Added bonus is the cafe! What more could you ask for.

Fantastic experience: Jess is a great barber and well worth driving across Tauranga to get a haircut that I’m always happy with, cut has style and is always consistent. Jess is great with scissors or clippers whichever you prefer and always keeps my eyebrows in trim. Love the hot towel treatment at the conclusion of the cut. Great value for those 65 plus! Been coming to Barber Tom’s since the day they opened - I am very picky when it comes to Barbers.The space is great and spacious, with a coffee/light food booth (very popular with its outdoor tables), a small private room for ladies cuts, an awesome team that is friendly and professional. My Barber is Jess, she is a real pro, friendly, a great listener and I enjoy our conversations while she cuts. Tom is a great guy, a visionary who is constantly looking at improving the offerings. Highly recommend this Barber, and I would not go anywhere else. Definitely ten steps above other Barber’s in Tauranga, real trend setters - genuine comments and no I did not get paid to endorse them.

Mana and everyone working are talented and are really good at what they do, i got a haircut today from another barber in papamoa, despite being Saturday and barber Tom closes at 4pm, I called Tom around 3:20, asking to fix up my haircut as my previous haircut was unfinished pretty much ruined, paid $55 for a messed up haircut, Tom informed me there is no bookings available, how ever he went out his way and had one of the barbers fit me in just after closing time, exceptional service, amazing people keep up the good work
