Fantastic experience: Went here Saturday day of one love and the bro did a solid cut I would recommend faded if ever in tga and looking for good babers

Negative experience: Went in for a fade and they were so unprofessional, the guy didnt even finish the haircut he left the top half untouched even though i explicitly said that was what really needed to be done, he blamed my past barber for messing it up and even then wouldnt you, as a barber, want to fix that anyway? I paid 40 for half a haircut and i was the only client they had so there was no reason it should have been that bad.

Negative experience: Poor service. The website allows bookings when the shop is closed (saturdays), so wasted trip. Rebooked for a few days later, was a few minutes late to my appointment (parking in the area is a nightmare) but I left again after waiting nearly 30 minutes with no greeting and no service as i had another appointment to go to. Should be strictly walk-in.

Negative experience: I had an appointment booked and confirmed for Friday 4th June and I rolled in 5 minutes before my appointment. It seemed reasonably busy and so was the booking list on the mirror(s), so I assumed everyone there was booked rather than walk-ins. 40 minutes went by and another guy stood up said he had a booking for 2:30pm (it was 4:10pm at this point). I ended up leaving because I had to get back to work as my 45 minute window of getting a haircut was up – hence why I booked rather than chance a walk-in. I’m not sure how your booking vs. walk-in system works – no names, numbers or anything were called in the time I was there, but I hope you guys can figure it out. Or maybe it was an off day? I can see you guys work hard and do a great job with people’s hair etc.

Negative experience: Had a booking for my 2 yr old at 9.30 am got there at 9.20 at about 10.08 still had not been seen and asked what was going on. Was told my name had been called out and i would have to wait(no one called out my name) at 10.25 i had enough and just walked out will definitely not be back. Would not let me give a zero rating as that's what i would have given. As i said and i state this on my dead mothers grave no one absolutely no one called my name and i calling bs on your time-line of what happed

Negative experience: Worst haircut...I asked to trim a little bit. She faced me away from the mirror the whole time couldnt even see what she was up to. When she finally turned me around it was an ugly cut. trimmed way too much off the top can barely style it. She used clippers to trim my hair, didn't even use scissors. Terrible. Don't come here. Not even worth $30.
