Negative experience: I don’t mind paying extra if the quality matches it, but charging €25 after saying €20 on the phone and then rushing the cut just made no sense to me. It was my first time going there and instead of trying to leave a good impression on a new customer, the fade came out uneven in the back and the sides weren’t properly balanced either. For that price, I expected a clean, sharp and properly blended fade — not something that felt rushed. You can definitely get cleaner cuts elsewhere for cheaper.
