Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Hearts barbers enough. Been going to Kevin for over a year. Great atmosphere from start to finish. Top quality haircuts with every visit. Kevin is a barber that takes pride in his Service and his attention to detail never goes unnoticed.

Fantastic experience: Great barbers, very talented staff and good prices. Siobhán has been looking after me for a few years now. My hair is quite fine and can be difficult to work with but I always leave looking and feeling brand new. Their products for sale are also high quality. Lovely little place and great to see a beautiful Palestinian flag proudly displayed too. Easy to book an appointment online or to walk in. Would recommend to anyone and everyone

Negative experience: I rarely leave a review but I’m honestly so disappointed and disheartened. I paid an incredible €32 for a haircut that was left unfinished. Fair enough I walked in without an appointment and I don’t blame the barber as they are clearly new to the job and we all have to start somewhere but management as they did not take ownership of their shop and made sure the job was completed correctly and even just to throw a discount on it since it’s someone inexperienced. I’ve hairs all over my neck front and back. It was just a pure mess! I wouldn’t have even left a review if it was priced at €18-€20 but the fact I paid €32 for a half finished haircut that was not enjoyable at all is ridiculous. I understand it’s Christmas and places are busy but when you pay an exaggerated price for a service you expect the service to be completed fully with an enjoyable experience. Very disappointed!

I'm sorry your unhappy with your haircut. The lady who cut your hair is not inexperienced but has 20 years experience but was on a day trial in our shop. I was not aware of neck hairs left and if you pop over tomorrow I can tidy them for you. I believe you got a haircut and beard trim given the price you paid. Again sorry your unhappy but pop in tomorrow and I can tidy anything up for you.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant ! I came in with no appointment, I waited maybe 3 minutes and I had a nice hair cut, my barber was attentive to details and explained everything she was doing all along. Very nice staff, I am delighted with my experience there. Will go back for sure!

Fantastic experience: Nuria is an excellent hairdresser, since she gave me my first haircut I haven't changed barbershop. She gives you the necessary time and cuts without rushing, something that doesn't happen very often in barbershops.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Nuria for cutting my sons hair (5 year old). Usually his dad brings him, so I haven't really got a clue about mens/boys haircuts. My son is fairly sensitive to loud noises usually. But he looked so calm in the chair and Nuria talked me through what tools she was using and gave me recommendations which was nice! All in all a great experience and my son wants to go back here for his future cuts!

Negative experience: Ended up having to take my daughters ear piercing out, when it was pierced it was pierced in the middle at the front of the ear but up too high at the back it was too hard trying to change her piercings. Ended up taking them out to let them close. Have to go elsewhere to get them done when they’re closed completely.

Fantastic experience: Great, No negatives and it will be my barber from now on. Booked in on their website so No queuing which is fantastic, arrived early waited 2 minutes before being seen to and out of their in 10 to 15 minutes. This is what a Barbers is supposed to be

Fantastic experience: Harte’s have a really welcoming and friendly team. Their new piercing parlour is a great addition. I felt really comfortable getting pierced here, the piercer eased any of my nerves and has given me great aftercare advice. Can’t wait to return to downsize and buy some of their amazing jewellery!!
