Fantastic experience: Have been getting my haircut in here for about a year off of Sean , and cannot recommend the place enough Both lads in here are top quality barbers and just nice lads to add into the mix which is essential in creating a good atmosphere which there always is in here Ive witnessed Sean dealing with young kids and people with advanced needs and he has been nothing but exceptional in the way he acts and conducts himself . Negative experience: Have been using this barbers for over 3 years now and over the last year have noticed a massive dip in the level of professionalism and customer service I was really trying my best to bare with Sarah and the team but after a awful experience today where my child who was attending sensory Sunday was left waiting 45 minutes for his prebooked appointment causing him as an autistic individual a serious amount of distress and sent him into a complete meltdown where he actually wet himself on the street outside of the barbers all because the staff have awful timekeeping and then on top of that couldnt have rang and rescheduled our appointment to a later time or alternative day which would not have been a problem, but as I said the level of professionalism and understanding for children with autism just isn’t there in this barbers which pride themselves as a “sensory barber” very disappointing as we will not be returning!

Negative experience: Shocking time management every visit the appointment hasn’t went ahead at correct time always minimum a 30min delay. Booking system is shocking will allow you to book an appointment for a barber and when you show up for appointment the barber you select won’t be working that day.

Fantastic experience: Fair play to Sean done a unreal job on my sons hair Tommy has autism and Sean Made him feel so comfortable no crying for Tom no pressure for myself having the 2 kids in the shop was no problem really nice fella really good job mainly why leaving such good review his hair is deadly and I was very comfortable here everyone so nice and down to earth staff also busy so book in advance I did book appointment and was seen on the the time no waiting around so book in and you be well looked after not many places so patient on a Saturday with 2 kids under 3 and one with autism and do really good job so fair play to them really cheap 19 for detailed fade and good experience n lollipops for the times time and patience good job really priceless now a days thanks again so much.. ps probably not best picture but he done it perfectly
