Fantastic experience: I brought my 2 year old in for a cut, and I would highly recommend this barber shop as a place to bring children. I rang ahead to make an appointment and received excellent customer care during the visit. My son loved it and left with a juice box and lollipop, we will definitely be back.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 5:30 and when got there one of the guys wasn't there and had to wait 35min to get my turn. After the haircut, all looked good but when showered founf out the hair on the top-left side was clearly way longer than the right side. And not happy with that, the middle part was too short (not even with the sides) Very poor experience. Won't come back for sure

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, rude, suspicious and disorganised. I made an appointment 3 days in advance. I came to the shop 15 minutes early and made my presence known at reception. Just before my appointment time the guy at reception asked suspiciously who I had booked my appointment with so I pointed at the barber who I had made my appointment with, as he was working at the time. I sat in the waiting area until 10 minutes past my appointment time when I brought it to the guy at reception's attention. The guy then laughed in my face. It's safe to say I will not be back and I'd advise that you steer clear.

Fantastic experience: My son has autism and hates hair cuts. Its a battle to get him to a barbers, its been over a year since we were last at a barber. I found this new barbers on Google and thank god i did. It was my sons best experience in a barbers. Niall was absolutely amazing with him. He even got my son to have a conversation. Not many strangers can do that. When the cut was over my son said that was great and that he would be back!! Not only that but its actually the best cut hes ever had i explained to Niall i usually get a gentlemans cut but id like a modern twist on it and he advised what would look well without being too much and the results were gorgeous. So happy i found this place and Niall. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Place is spotless and gorgeous too. Thanks Niall.

Fantastic experience: I brought my Nephew to Cuts and Bruises Barbers. I was Amazed you could booked in with Niall over the phone, it was great just to call in and not sit ina que for hours. Niall was Great with Ethan he gave him so much attention and treated him like a teenager and not a child the interaction between them was great. Ethan can't wait to go back he was talking about it all way home and how great Niall was and friendly he was. THANK YOU Niall. We will be back.
