Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this barber shop. During my visit, staff made comments about my hair that felt inappropriate and uncomfortable, including remarks suggesting it was difficult to work with. The overall attitude came across as unwelcoming. I also noticed that service didn’t feel consistent, as some customers appeared to be attended to more quickly while I was left waiting without explanation. The interaction felt dismissive, and at times there seemed to be hesitation in providing service. Given the experience and the pricing, I don’t think the service offers good value. There are other barbers and salons nearby where customers are treated more professionally and respectfully.

Fantastic experience: Got a cut with Jamie. Did a very good job and would definitely book in with him again.

Fantastic experience: Kyle was very kind and attentive when cutting my son’s hair. The service was super fast, and the result was great. I definitely recommend this barbershop!

Positive experience: Ah place looks so good, fabulous. I trying calling from 1.5hour and noone answered in this times9ci walk here, arriving at 6.48pm and one guy clean floor and trying ask him for super fast small job little cuts my hair and him don't take me.. I know I was nearly closing time, had 40e ready just for small job but don't get it. I try tomorrow

Positive experience: I got my haircut there this evening by one of the lads there and when I got home I noticed my haircut was a bit un even there's more hair on the left side than their is on the right if you can fix it a little bit it be very much appreciated i go to the gym outhere where the barbers is so im there quite a lot cheers

Fantastic experience: Amazing! It makes you want to come back because you know you'll get a great haircut. I managed to get an appointment on a Sunday at the last hour, the barber did his best to accommodate me and did a superb haircut, with attention to every details, all while having a great chat. What else can I say, I just cannot recommend Northwood barbershop enough. A great barbershop!

Negative experience: I took my son for a haircut for the first time here. They took 40 min for his haircut with a below par outcome. I had to spot patchy fades and get it redone. My son is utterly disappointed with his haircut and I regret experimenting here. Very bad haircut experience and extremely terrible fade.im literally writing a feedback walking back home.

Fantastic experience: Got a new haircut from Northwood barbers last week. The lads were very friendly and funny. Dave did a pretty good hair cut for me and he pulled off the prefect fade same as the reference I showed him.

Negative experience: I recently visited Northwood barber shop and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The establishment does not respect customers' time, as there were significant delays beyond my scheduled appointment. Additionally, I found the information provided regarding time and availability to be misleading. The level of professionalism and customer service was subpar, especially considering the high prices they charge for a haircut. I expected a more organized and customer-focused experience.
