Fantastic experience: Oh boy, let me tell you about Matt the Barber at Gents@27! This guy is a wizard with the clippers. I mean, I've seen him do some serious magic with a head of hair. Last time I went to see him, I asked for a skin fade haircut, and let me tell you, he took that request and ran with it. I swear, I looked like a whole new person when he was done. So if you're in the market for a fresh cut and a good laugh, you gotta check out Matt at Gents@27.

Negative experience: I have to say my actual experience was very good, however a week later I receive an email saying they will be cancelling my next appointment and that they dont want me back there.. was given no reason what so ever and it has left me very very confused and insulted to be completely honest. I have never received such feedback from a barbers in my 35 years of living. Completely baffled. Not good.

Fantastic experience: Gents @ 27 are the best about! Been going to Gents since they opened back in January 2020, but Matt has been cutting my hair for the past 7/8 years and could not be happier with the service. The team at Gents make you feel so welcome and provide a very chilled but bubbly atmosphere. Would highly recommended anyone to go here!
