Fantastic experience: I always come in and get the heart of Florence service. I usually have Stephan but have had a few cuts from Steven when he was away. I’ve never had a bad haircut from here and everyone is always super friendly. I’m really precious about my hair and have where been disappointed with a cut from here

Fantastic experience: This place has completely changed the way I veiw the need for a hair cut. I used to think, "ah, I'll get another week out of this" and dreaded the waiting and hoping youd get a good barber in the first come first served places. But these day's I'm counting down the days till im next in. The appointment as apose to walk-in's is brilliant, and offers a no rush concept, which allows the barber time for attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say to all those looking at getting your first beard trim or styled to stop. Cause you have found the best place! The barber Steven was fantastic, he listened to me and came up with ideas that reassured me about what was going on.. he also made sure I was happy with what he had been doing and if I would like it shorter (he had already taken 2 inches (5cm) off, I agreed with his recommendation. Anyway, I feel great.. i will be going back Before photo and an after one.

Fantastic experience: Dan cut my son's very long hair yesterday and for the first time ever after visiting a barber he came out happy! He's refused to have a haircut for so long because other people have cut it too short. Dan listened to what we wanted and was kind and friendly. The atmosphere in the shop was great as is the cut. Fantastic experience: Usually one of those people that dread getting their hair cut and never come out with it how I was expecting. Richard berry has done an awesome job every time and is now the only person I go to for my hair cuts. Always offers insight when I want to try tweaking my hair abit. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Took my client here twice now for an appointment with Claire, and been very happy with the results both times. She was extremely helpful and understanding, and made sure throughout both appointments that he was happy and comfortable. Excellent cut and made sure neck, ears and eyebrows, were all trimmed and tidied(which is not always possible). Highly recommend and will definitely return. Fantastic experience: Took myself and my three year old in for a hair cut expecting the usual tantrums and battle to get him to sit still! However Claire was fantastic and we both left with a great hair cut and zero tantrums or tears I cannot recommend outlaw barbers enough !

Fantastic experience: Top service from Rich, very happy. First time I've ever left a barbers with the exact style I wanted. Will definitely be back. "You came in looking like a maths teacher and are leaving looking like a warrior" is definitely one of the greatest things anyone has ever said to me. UPDATE: Been here a few times now and needn't go anywhere else. Rich is a fantastic barber who truly listens and cares. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great hair cut and shave with Claire, again! Booked and paid for easily on their app.. walked in at 10:25 for a 10:30 appointment, was sat in the chair right on time, perfect!

Negative experience: Went to get a hair cut and they asked me to get a mask which is totally fine. When I returned after hunting to go get one she then told me im not allowed in unless I have a booking. So I asked to book and asked om the price, she responded with £25 what a joke. This place just messed me around and gave me a price like that. That's why you get the 1 star

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the cut I had today, I was in urgent need of a fix after a bad cut a week prior. Rich did an amazing job, best haircut I’ve had for years. Look forward to coming back for my nest cut. The late booking times work perfectly too.

Fantastic experience: The best Barbers in this area by far. They are all professional barbers who take great care to ensure customer satisfaction. They advise you if required and ensure that you are happy at each process. My son had not had a haircut since December so was a little anxious to what his haircut would look like. He was in the hands of Claire who discussed each step to ensure that he will be happy with the outcome. What a great haircut and he loves it, thank you.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gentleman’s refinery. Cut was on-point and styling Kieran is a top stylist and manages his skills perfectly. As a person that’s used some of London’s best barbers, I’d say that this place is definitely up there with the best. Easy to park and a great location in the heart of Bishops Waltham. It’s definitely worth the journey to look slick. I’m ready for the weekend! I’m already looking forward to my return. Thanks Kieran

Fantastic experience: Great place, lovely staff, very professional. Checked in using the NHS app. The sanitised my hands and had my temperature checked. After passing this exam I was ready for the chair. Very smooth service and I felt very safe. Next time I think I will have the shave, hot towel and massage service and sounds amazing. Thank you for a great haircut and beard trim. Looking forward to next time.

Fantastic experience: The online booking system is great. No more sat in the barbers queue for ages! Friendly staff who really put the effort in to each cut with no rushing. Free coffee from over the road is a nice added touch too and of course great hair cuts!
