Negative experience: The worst hair cut i ever had in my life avoid this place. Plus they saying that they cannot see my details. As it was a walk in service. Its such a shame after seen all these reviews I guess they make their friends to do this reviews they even asked me to give them a feed back.

Fantastic experience: Hard to find a really good barbershop who can fade but also consider head shape, hair texture and styling for longevity between haircuts. All the staff are solid as they hire experienced barbers so either way you’re taken care of well.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Ermand for over two years now after he won me over with my first haircut. Hands down the best fades I’ve had, better than a Turkish barber. Always sharp, clean, and consistent every single time. Also had my hair cut by Valentino and Steven, they are just as good, same high standard across the team. On top of the quality the whole experience is spot on, good chat, good atmosphere, really personable and you never feel rushed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have an atypical haircut that I'm somewhat picky about. Got a walk in today with Mike. Staff are really nice and Mike listened to everything I said and gave me a perfect cut! Thanks! He fixed the mistake from the last barber too! £10 deposit and overall £25 for anyone trying to gauge. They take cash and card. Convenient location too! If you have a tight schedule, book ahead to ensure your timing, but they do take walk ins.

Negative experience: Honestly I’m sure the simple fades they do are fine but I went in to get a touch up and like 2-3 inches taken off n I had a majority of my hair cut off and into the wrong style despite having picture references if you aren’t getting a short style or fade i would advise going elsewhere

Fantastic experience: This was an excellent beard trim. Ermand took his time and gave extra care and attention to the details, making sure the shape was perfect and there were no fly aways. The service itself is exemplary. After shave, hot towel, beard oil. It was above and beyond what I expected. The place is professional but has a relaxed vibe. We had a great conversation about the UK, business, life etc. I'll be back whenever I'm in Southampton.

The service was great, with pleasant conversation and a focus on what I wanted, which made me feel very welcome. I have often felt self-conscious about my look and either defer to professionals or feel unsure after the cut, but Rob made sure to take my suggestions and provide excellent advice on how to achieve that, regularly checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the direction we went in. To top it off, if you have long or thick hair and are considering anything like a mullet or a refined style then Rob is excellent at that. My hair is notoriously difficult to work with and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Ermand is the Vincent van Gogh of skin fades.(just with out the missing ear and mental health problems) a true master of his art in being a Barber . Everyone there has always got good chat and great customer service. They always do best by the customer, just make sure you book as they are the best in town with a long list. walk ins are also welcome and they will try there best to fit you in (if they have the time ). This isn't just a Barber shop its a lab , they got that shit down to a science. The louver of haircuts and they got me feeling like the male Mona Lisa but with a smile.

Negative experience: Says walk ins available outside when walking in aren't available you go in two people sitting around going nothing say they are fully booked for 2 hours say I have to make an appointment or come back when they are free 2 people sitting around on there phones with terrible customer service
