Fantastic experience: had a wonderful experience here, was a random stop due to my barber not being available, they were very accommodating and kind. Scalp massage after haircut is so refreshing, complimentary tv, drinks and wifi while you wait. Great selection of hair gels and products, staff are great here. Raul is the best barber 3 years in a row, always choose him since he is also a great person. I have been coming here for over 3 years now.

Negative experience: Visiting from out of town and this is by far the worst haircut I’ve had in a minute the lady vibe was way off kept asking me how I feel and how doe that feel, you cut the hair lady wish the Philippino dude cut my hair cuz that lady who did mine was straight outta great clips. Came home showered tried to style it and can see all the fade lines and in even cuts terrible. Hair grows back I suppose I’ll look a lil off at the wedding Saturday

Negative experience: Walked in wanting a haircut. Young lady was at the front desk....said hello her to twice without even a simple nod or acknowledgement. Her response was "just a second please, I'm doing something". Too bad I won't make the same mistake twice. Never again!

Fantastic experience: Online check in system is awesome. We were already in the mall, and only had an estimated 8 minuet wait time. (Of course it will vary day to day so we lucked out) but I like that you can see the estimated wait time online. Brought my 7 year old son here for a haircut after school today. Usually the places we go don’t specialize in men’s and boy’s haircuts and he’s had a couple bad ones. But his hair was super long, poking his eyeballs.. Anyways, Eucheria cut his hair today. Such a fantastic job! It’s so cute and he loves it. He was a bit nervous beforehand, but he’s happy with it. And it looks awesome. The only place I will bring him for haircuts from now on.

Negative experience: Terrible staff at the counter. Wouldn’t even call and tell the customer that their time got put back another half hour. Get a grip, don’t go to this place it’s 50/50 whether you get a good barber or someone who just picked up the clippers for the first time. Terrible.

Negative experience: Booked my son in for a modern mullet, halfway through his cut, the hairdresser stopped and said she can't cut his hair because he has lice. Obviously embresseds and traumatized, he almost started crying & wanted to leave immediately. They cut 3 quarters of his hair, and just left it. We traveled 4 hours for a special hair, and ended up traveling back only bought lice shampoo.. but get this we get home. And find NOTHING!!! in his hair. He had dandruff, and oily hair. But no lice.. I should of just went to our regular Hair Dresser. Now my son is terrified to go anywhere else because of his dandruff... you would think hairdressers know the difference between literal bugs, and white flakes. Super upset with how this was handled. You've lost my business, and I have 5 boys, who are never stepping foot in a tommy gun.

Negative experience: Paid $60 for the Tommy Guns experience, my beard got Tommy gunned down. So many spots with un equal lengths. Haircut was disappointing as well. Money spent just to go home and have my wife help me get all the long hairs on the back of my neck and head. My beard trim was pathetic, the beard line was almost an inch higher on my right side compared to the left. Quite disappointed in the quality of service provided. I live almost 2 hours away from this location so returning wasn't an option. My coworkers asked me who butchered my hair so I had to explain to them as well, quite embarrassing if you ask me.

Positive experience: Went to this location couple of days ago, I was so happy with the result but not until my buddy told me that the haircut is a mess at the back! Coworkers were also laughing at me and I just found out that it was because of my hair . I was convincing them that it was straight and not slanted but they took this picture and yes its bad

Negative experience: Barber butchered my haircut. Asked for a high fade- he went too high and didn't blend the top so now I look like a pineapple. Told him I wasn't happy and he responded with "Well you asked for a high fade. Sorry bro." Let the receptionist I wasn't satisfied and she recommended I talk to the manager who would be back in 5-10 minutes. Told her I would step out and to just give me a call which she said okay to. The manager, Sydney, gives me a call and I come back to the store. We discussed what happened. She agrees that the fade was too high and that they'll be unable to fix it. Gave me 50% off. Then proceeds to tell me that because I had left the store, it was considered theft. Told her that the receptionist said that it was okay I that come back but she responded by telling me that the receptionist was flustered and can't make that decision because she is not management. I was given a haircut that I was unsatisfied with and accused of theft even though a staff member had given me the okay to step out and come back. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: do not go here it you have long curly hair they dont know how to do layers or even a simple trim very disappointed

Negative experience: I truly regret taking my sons to get their haircuts done here one was a lady and the other one was a male they were both way to Fast it took them 20 mins and I wish I said something sooner the lady basically butcher my sons hair he wanted a Mohawk and I couldn't tell because she styled his hair he can't style it the way he wants because of how crooked the sides are My other son wasn't any better had to fix it when I got home Won't be going back ever!!!

Fantastic experience: 3rd time trying out a Tommy Gun’s in Saskatoon and the midtown location is by far the best! Very friendly front desk staff and even friendlier stylists. I had Sydney and she was great! I had long and thick hair after not having a haircut for almost a year. Sydney did a phenomenal job and is a great stylist. She got it exactly how I wanted and hooked me up with a new product to help tame my difficult hair. Overall 5 stars and will definitely be coming back to this location in the future!

Negative experience: Discriminated against my son. They wouldn’t let me son redeem his free haircut and said he had lice when he didn’t. They humiliated him in front of everyone for nothing because he came home and told me what happened so of course being his mother I checked his hair and there was nothing but a few specs of dandruff. Positive experience: TLDR Great for haircuts but don't expect a shave even if you mention it to the barber or time of booking. Always have had a great experience with the haircuts but have yet to ever receive a beard shave from them. I have attempted multiple times by asking barber but usually get the response that "they are to busy" understable. Last time at time of paying I asked how I get a shave and was told to book it with the appointment so they have time so today that is what I did made sure to mention it was for a haircut and shave. Barber never mentioned it assumed it would happen after cut didn't just sent me on my way after the cut. When I went to pay they asked if it was for shave and haircut so they did know it was for both. I asked how do I get a shave with the haircut and was told I have to tell the barber? Opposite of what I was told to do last time. I attempted to explain that I was told the opposite last time but they didn't seem to care just asked me to pay for the haircut and walked away after payment was taken. So at this point I assume they just stopped doing shaves at some point but still advertise it. Great haircuts but going to look for a new barber as I would like a shave done at the same time of a haircut.

Negative experience: The barber came out with wiener water vibes, no hello just “what do you want?” I told her a 0.5 at the bottom then 1 and taper it up, specifically mentioning that I do not like hard parts or straight lines, she decided to make me look like Skrillex and gave me a hard part, I told her to just shorten the top to fix it as even she admitted it didn’t look good when it was a bit longer on the top. Probably a miscommunication issue, but how she handled it was unprofessional and rude, she immediately started blaming me and didn’t apologize or anything. When the haircut was done she walked away and started talking about me to the front desk and left when I got there. Tommy guns got rid of the free haircut stamp program, I’ll find a local barber who deserves support. Luckily, hair grows back and I recently bought some nice hats. I will not be coming back ever again.

Negative experience: I tried to book online twice in a week. It didn't work. Employees didn't want to take me even for a simple beard trim meanwhile 2 employees were standing at the lobby. Wasn't a good experience to drive to the shop twice and having the same answer.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time getting an actual haircut at a salon. I was quite nervous and unsure but the lady, I think her name was Sydney, really understood what I wanted. She kept asking how the cut was in between. Overall, very satisfied with the experience. The shampooing, hot towel and pop was a good bonus aswell. Highly recommend!!

Positive experience: Been to this location in the Saskatoon mall twice now and both times I left happy. Good barbers, took their time, and good conversation. Wish I could book ahead though as it fills up fast, and if you are near the end of the list they won't guarantee you get served that day.

Fantastic experience: the hairdresser artist is very professional she knows how to perform her job, but one thing to improve is the lady who's working on customer service at the counter she said 30 minutes to wait but I wait for almost 2hrs she need to improve on how to organize scheduling... if this kind of situation always happen better no accepting customers like walk in, it should be appointment not rushing otherwise haircut not performing well because of the line ang it is very stressful to your haircutter artist.
