Fantastic experience: Young fella gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had today. Told him what I wanted and he understood the assignment. Great job bro.

Negative experience: If a barber doesn't have a line up in the CBD, walk away. The young bloke destroyed my mohawk I had been growing for a year. Didn't even get the lines straight either side as he was too fast and took no pride in his work. In the chair less than 10 minutes, wham bam thank you ma'am style. The trimming he did was totally uneven to the point where I couldn't even style it and had to have someone else fix it, which resulted in cutting nearly a years worth of growth off at the back. $35 for a messed up cut. Avoid and keep walking. Disappointed.

Negative experience: I came in for a quick trim up last week since I was it the city and knew I was doomed when I sat in the chair and asked the barber if he has much experience with curly hair and he responded with “It’s all same, hair is hair.” Messed up my whole cut. Uneven edges. No brushing, no clippers. Avoid this dark-skinned south American guy (didn’t get his name) if you’ve got curly hair. Ali is a young talented bloke, kenzo is honestly a hit or miss with curly hair. For my curly heads, save yourself the trouble and go to a shop like freshcuts or others where haircutting is recognized as a passion, instead of a $30 an hour sorta job. Took me a year to come back to this place and needless to say, won’t be coming back again!

Negative experience: Popped in for a quick beard trim. Request was to keep length, neaten up edges and give a tidy up. In what felt like record time I was told I was done - had lost half of my beard length, lost my grown out mustache, had a dry razor shave on edges, and had to point out that the whole thing was lopsided. Seemed a lack of care and more focused on getting me out quickly. Would not go back here

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I just left the salon and I’ve never had such a rushed experience. $67 for a 15-minute haircut with no attention to detail, no care, and no effort to make sure the result was actually good. It felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. The cut was sloppy, unfinished, and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this place at all

Negative experience: It was my first time. The barber completely ruined my hair. I told him i want mod fade and wanted to keep my hair long . He trimmed my hair completely short also did the edges unevenly and charged me $45. I am Not satisfied with the service.
