On my recent visit, my usual barber was on holiday, so the team recommended another experienced barber at the shop. I decided to give it a try — and I’m glad I did! The new barber was professional, friendly, and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I was so impressed that I decided to get my beard done as well, even though I hadn’t planned to. Negative experience: Very bad for haircut, I had my haircut here and I clearly showed the barber what style was required. Once I saw my hair I was very disappointed. The fade is so uneven, to a point you can’t even call it a fade. The whole cut maybe lastest for 5 mins. He wasn’t even doing it properly just in a hurry. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Please go else where

Negative experience: Bunch of unprofessional with scissors, booked appointment with experienced barber was handed over to trainee, haircut was meant to be medium fade but it so high and doesn’t even look like skin fade 35$ for unprofessional to play with scissors is too much don't recommend and never coming back

Fantastic experience: I am impressed with this Barber shop as they have a quick service which is professional & up to date too. Harpreet is the main guy who has been managing the appointments of clients & at the same time managing the walking customers without any issues. The team members here are very kind & polite too. Pricing of all the services here are quite reasonable too. It's a huge place with approximately 7 seats for clients to be served & enough number of seats for the people who are on the waiting list.

Whilst all boys seems lovely, I have been looked after by Sonu and he has always given the best service. Fantastic experience: I was regular with a Salon some 15 kms away and somehow didn’t get appointment so thought of giving a try with some other salon in the close proximity and found this. Jagjit (JJ) treats the customer so well and one of the best hair dressers I have come across. Takes his own sweet time for a hair cut but ensures that the detailing is well done. I have been visiting there from 4 months atleast and have now decided to rate and post review for him because of his consistency in his skills and attitude towards the customer. Negative experience: I recently visited this salon for a haircut and had a very disappointing experience. I didn't have an appointment, so I waited patiently for my turn. When I was called, a barber with gold earrings, who was still finishing up with another customer, asked a young, seemingly inexperienced trainee to prep me for my haircut. The trainee appeared quite nervous, struggling even with basic tasks like combing and sectioning my hair. I requested a high fade with short hair on top, but it quickly became clear that the trainee wasn't confident with the trimmer. I politely asked if the original barber (the one with the gold earrings) would be cutting my hair instead, as I didn't feel comfortable proceeding with the trainee. The barber assured me that the trainee was "good with fades" in a small voice he also said [Hope So] . I decided it would be best to wait for the original barber to finish with his current customer, rather than risk an unsatisfactory haircut. What followed was disheartening. The barber spoke to the other staff in a language I didn’t understand and then informed me that because I hadn’t booked an appointment, I would need to wait until they were all free. The tone and manner in which this was communicated felt dismissive and unprofessional. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated in this manner, especially when it seems that customers are not treated equally based on their background or whether they are part of the same community. Every customer should be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or whether they have made a booking. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not be returning to this salon.

It was a trainer who did my hair cut which was not very good and on top of that his mentor came and ruined further, thank god I was not looking forward for any occasion. I then also went for head massage which was the worst, he did for 7 min and charged 10$. He seemed disinterested in giving massage and was very light despite telling to do it properly.
