Negative experience: Rude staff and unfriendly environment. Kept me waiting for more than half an hour and ignoring me the whole time. The haircuts I saw before leaving were terrible... so maybe I ducked a bullet by not getting one.

Fantastic experience: Easy to book appointments online and perfect for a guys no-frills haircut or biz6z cut. Friendly place and at 20 bucks for a haircut, it's been the haircut spot for my son and I for more than 2 years now.

Fantastic experience: Today afternoon, I was a little late about the 4pm’s appointment,but the barber is still very very nice, and did an amazing job for my son,he asked me what hair style I wanted to do, I was not sure and he designed for my son,and in the appointment page, it said 15 minutes to finish the cut,but actual time was around 30 minutes,the young barber is so concentrated in doing the job for a little boy,thanks so much.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service the lady there force you to have hair cut with someone you have not booked on line I book with Ajay at 6:15 pm reached late 5 min due to traffic explained her that but she still force you to have hair cut with some other barbar which you don’t want . Don’t want to waste my time so I left as I feel she keep forcing me that the barbar I book can’t cut my hair . Not to blame the barbars there but the lady who ever she is don’t need to learn how to talk to customers . Will not go back very bad attitude.

Fantastic experience: This has been my go to barbershop for past year. They have an excellent booking system and extremely good people cutting hair. Ajay is my go to person and he's extremely nice, takes his time and cuts my hair. It's 33 bucks for both hair cut and beard which is a steal. Youd easily pay 50+ in the city but with half the service. 100% recommend!!

Definitely look forward to going back. They do have a website that you can use to book. I would highly recommend so you can get in and not have to wait. I did notice a walk in’s welcome sign on the door too. If you’re feeling lucky, take a chance, they do get busy!

Positive experience: Was a great experience, got an amazing hair cut that actually surprised alot of my family due to how good it was at hiding my balding and he just took extra care and time to line my hair line and got rid of any loose straggly hairs if you want honestly the best service and very chatty friendly staff and at the prices they charge its hard to go wrong. - i loved mine so much i chucked an extra 5 as a tip didn't know i was going to do that just took the time and cared for a customer so if your close by or even if you aren't come by and get a good cut for cheap. - Ajay was my barber if anyone else wants to book him.

Negative experience: I went there for the first time today with a child who was in residential care i.e he had anxiety on waiting. I asked a lady who appeared to be the boss of shop, “how long should we wait? The lady without patience said,”If you can’t wait, you can….” She means if we can’t wait we may leave the place. OMG how on earth can you answer this when we are just asking for how long we need to wait so that we can communicate to the child transparently and plan how to engage with him. To me, this is very rude and very unprofessional and a lack of decent interpersonal skills of communication. My rating is only based on communication part, rest of things are okay compared to the price we pay.

Positive experience: Was very cheap, only $20 for a men's haircut, but it was probably only worth $20 as it was uneven. I never said I wanted a quick cheap haircut. I don't think anyone would want that. A bit of extra time spent for a quality cut, especially when there's noone even waiting to be served next, and using a mirror to show me was the back looked like, maybe would have got 5 stars. Now I'll never know what the back looks like! I would have walked out happier if I had paid $200 and got a $100 haircut.
