Negative experience: My fiancé chose this barbershop based on the high ratings, which honestly surprised us after this experience. He showed the barber a reference photo and was very specific on what he wanted done & explained he wanted the sides trimmed with scissors, not clippers, keeping his length with a subtle low fade. He has long, thick curly hair & very specific about how he maintains it. Within seconds of explaining, the barber took out clippers & immediately shaved the side into a high skin fade — the complete opposite of what was requested. It was shocking, almost like we were being pranked bc that’s how unbelievable it felt that THAT just happened. At that point he felt stuck, as walking out mid-cut would have left him with half his head shaved. The barber then cut a significant amount off the top as well adding fuel to the fire. The entire haircut was finished in under 10 minutes. It took my fiancé months to grow out his gorgeous hair & this man just shaved it off like it was nothing. It was by far the worst experience ever at a barbershop. It’s not my intention to bash a business but to warn others to please be careful so this doesn’t happen to you.

Fantastic experience: Jordan and Tommy are top barbers, but they now have raised their prices way higher than any other barber I know. Charging like a wounded bull, I avoid now going there unless I really have to. A total shame as this was my only place I would visit.

The staff are very friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they make you feel welcome. There’s always a line out the door—but that tells you everything. Everyone knows it’s worth the wait. I drive 50 km just to get my haircut here, and there ain't that much hair to cut, Cheers Jordan and team always a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Found this mens hairdressers/barber shop on the internet (coming to Adelaide as an English traveller i didn't have a clue about the city hairdressers) and wasn't disappointed. Was made to feel very welcome. Walking in off the street wasn't a problem. Not only was i made to feel at ease but the quality of haircut was exceptional. My hair has an uncanny knack of growing out from the sides. This wasn't an issues. All in a days work. All i can say is first class. And there was even a hot towel around my head, a trim on my eye brows and a razor knife to ensure my squared neck was done to an excellent standard. Any person coming to Adelaide and need of a hair cut, make Khaleed and Sam your go to blokes. First class.

Positive experience: Went in for a fade, fade was decent but uneven on both sides, one side was shaved up higher than the other, the guy spent like 10 minutes on the haircut max and cost about $40 etc for a 10 minute cut that felt super rushed

Positive experience: Overall the haircut was satisfactory. Definitely not the "best fade" I've had as advertised on the board outside. The reason for the lower rating is vague communication about student prices. Please display student prices and regular prices on a board outside, to make things clear, instead of advertising unimportant things.

These guys are sooooo friendly, they do a fantastic job, the decor is open, bright and very well put together. I could not recommend the three Keswanee brothers (Sam, Jordan and Khaleed) highly enough. Do yourself a favour and get into one of their shops ASAP for awesome service, product availability and extremely friendly service.

Negative experience: Asked for a little bit of thinning on the top and a fade. The guy then took all the volume out of my hair and it now looks like I’m receding and thinning on top. Listen to what your customers want not what you want to cut on your customers hair. Really friendly though and easy to talk to. Just do your job well at the same time

Negative experience: The shop is in a perfect location in CBD. I appreciated that I walked in there and got the service by the Indian professional barber immediately. However, the main reason why I experienced unhappy in the store was that he cut my hair the way too much and too fast when he started.
