I was a bit excited because it was my first time describing my desired haircut in English. The shop has a great vibe, and Norman is a true professional. He understood exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. At the end, he even took a photo for my diary. I really appreciated Norman’s support and enjoyed the whole experience at this barbershop. I highly recommend it! The price was also very fair.

Negative experience: Please clean your razors or whatever after every customers you use to cut hair. The dandruff issue started on my head from the next day I had hair cut in your shop. Now it’s gonna take months or year for me. And never gonna visit your shop again.

Positive experience: Had my head foil shaved and beard styled and tidied up by Rob. All looked good until I was in a shop with bright lighting and noticed in the mirror my beard was not neat at all. The edges weren’t cleaned up around the moustache area and around the chin. I needed it neat for a wedding tomorrow as I’m one of the Groomsmen so by chance I walked in to Mr Brooks barbers on the way back to my hotel. They cleaned up the beard and even used a razor too. Rob was a lovely guy and gave me ideas of places to checkout while I’m Brisbane for the next few days but the cut wasn’t up to standard unfortunately and my bad for not going back to him for it to be corrected so I had to pay twice for a haircut today.

Fantastic experience: I had my hair cut by a Filipino young man, he did a great job ! Man is so difficult to find a good place to have the hair cut and this place has a couple of the best barber I found in Brisbane. Always happy to come. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Whatever you do avoid the Vietnamese guy, This dude absolutely butchered my haircut and barely blended my fade at all, each side of my head was faded differently and unevenly and this dude left the top way to long, i basically got a undercut.
