Positive experience: I was in Brisbane for a trip and needed an impromptu haircut. Booked on the same day and the barber did a great job on listening to what I wanted and matching the haircut to what I asked for. Would give 5 stars but they seemed really busy and couldn't spend longer than 30 min on my haircut.

Negative experience: Ive had better fades from just cuts. Didnt trim my neck with a razor, didnt use any product, didnt offer me a drink, didnt cut any off the top, Basically just stuffed around with a blow dryer for 20mins... what a joke

It turns out the recommendation was spot on — this is a place I’m happy to stick with. The barbershop is in a great location and has a calm, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Patrick was very attentive, took the time to understand my hair and the shape I was after, and delivered exactly what I wanted. He’s also a pleasure to talk to, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’m very happy with the haircut and highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Twin Palms for over a year now and have had my haircut by multiple barbers there. All of them are unbelievably good barbers. More recently, I have been regularly getting my haircut by Patrick over the last 6+ months and he's always delivered. Solid attention to detail and I'm always leaving with a top quality trim too. The all round atmosphere there is great, the other barbers are very welcoming also. Not a bad word to say about Twin Palms. No.1 place in Brisbane if you want a 10/10 service.

He explained my hair in detail, how he thought it should be styled. He said we’d go light today and do another cut in 4 weeks to be able to fully deliver what I wanted. Negative experience: Paid $60 to somehow make my receding hairline even worse than normal. Barber didn’t seem confident at all and didn’t use a trimmer on my edges or get close to what I asked for so I have patches all over my head. Thanks!

Tim greeted me, checked me in, and even offered me a variety of drinks while I waited — the hospitality was next level, something I’ve never experienced at a barbershop before. Blair, my barber, was just as awesome. I asked for a fresh new look and he absolutely delivered. He was laid back, easy to chat with, and it honestly felt like I’d known him for ages. The whole vibe of Twin Palms is world-class, friendly, relaxed, and professional all at once. I left feeling at home, looked after, and with one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. Huge respect to Tim and Blair for making my first visit unforgettable. I’ve got nothing but high regards for this place.

I have a decent beard and have struggled to find a barber shop that can consistently cut it evenly and not cut too much off. At twin palms I get exactly what I'm looking for everytime, no matter which barber cuts my hair.
