Negative experience: I had the most disappointing hair cut for $50. The haircut was done by the trainee and I was not made aware of it. Two sides are uneven and its pure neglect. Never going there again

Fantastic experience: I came here today for a haircut and Ali gave me probably the best cut/experience I’ve ever had. The whole experience was amazing, and not only did Ali give me a haircut I was extremely happy with, but he was also super awesome to talk to and give me extra information about styling. I very rarely leave reviews but I made sure to leave one today because of how happy I am with the experience and to let people know how good Ali was. I hope I can come back and have him once again as it was truly an 11/10 experience & service.

Negative experience: Got a haircut from young lady. Properly one of worst hair cut I ever had. I explain to her wanted skin fade.. she got pretty arrogant attitude and tone. "Yeaah easy," .. everything was cut without care. It's like putting watermelon helmet on and cut that sharp. I might as well do it myself properly do a better job than her. She shouldn't be barber. Truly shocking, people pay good for a hair cut.

Negative experience: I used to be a regular here until recently. My last haircut was done by someone new, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing—definitely seemed like a trainee. It feels like they've let go of many of their experienced staff, including their best barbers. I won't be returning. This place used to be the best, and I followed the team from Toombul, but things have changed.

Negative experience: I’ve taken my son here before and the male staff member was absolutely fantastic with him. Came back today with my son and partner and the older woman on shift had a nasty attitude. As we were waiting our turn we could already overhear her mouthing off to the customer before us. My 3yo was tired and while I was trying to calm him down for his haircut she constantly talked over me saying “he can’t get his haircut like this” after I had already addressed that he’s fine once he’s in the chair. After she continued to talk over me I ended walking out. Later while I was grocery shopping one of the other customers in the store who witnessed it gave me the details for another barber in the area. So I guess I’ll be trying them. 5 stars for the gentleman we had the pleasure of meeting previously, -3 for the grumpy woman today

Negative experience: I visited this barbershop over the weekend. The barber who cut my hair was clearly skilled, but unfortunately, the experience was pretty uncomfortable. He seemed distracted by some staff drama about someone being fired and ended up rushing through my haircut at a million miles an hour. The result showed — my girlfriend actually had to tidy it up afterward to fix a few things he missed. He even took a phone call during my haircut, was really unprofessional. There are definitely some talented barbers here and I’ve been coming for awhile, but given how rushed and uncomfortable the experience felt, I won’t be returning.
