Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for years. They do great haircuts. I tell all my friends about it and to go here! Also just found my barber Maria she does amazing loved my undercut and trim!

Fantastic experience: Boris the barber got me right for the weekend. Boris was able to cut my hair exactly as I requested. Skin fade haircut with the deluxe for the beard. Hot towels on my face and razor shave on my sideburns. Next time I'm in PHX, I know who to go to. Thanks Boris !

Negative experience: Usually come to this place to get mine and my son hair cut from Edgar cause he cuts amazing! My phone was messing up so so I couldn't book Edgar in time so I chose to just get a cut for thr next available barbor which was boris. I told him I wanted a mid taper fade and and even the top of my hair cause it was a little uneven. He cut it great in the back of my head but didn't trim the sides at all just taper the bottom of the sides didn't line up my sides correctly and when I asked about it he just kept repeating "that's another cut" and only cut on stran of hair off the top. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. I pay for a haircut how I want it and this guy just cuts corners to get cuts done just to push onto the next one. Wherever that dude is employed at I'll never get my cut at that place. Long story short dont let boris cut your hair or anyone you care about cause they'll walk out with a backassword cut

Fantastic experience: Best barber in AZ! I’ll go in and say, “hot shave, no fade, Italian flow, scissors only, natural layers, side burns” and they hit it out of the park flawlessly every time. These cats do it all excellently. Highly recommend. Sefi is my go to. Everyone in there is top notch.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time with these celebrity barbers. They all think they are gods gift to hair. A barbershop is not a salon , a man should be able to walk in and receive a cut like a man. Not set an appointment like a woman. Just go to cuts and chill around the corner, they are happy to receive walk in's, and they cut better hair. RONY is a smart business man , why would you want to own two barber shops in the same plaza ? Because Rony knew if he put 16 divas at uptown they will inevitably upset people, and blow people out , when those clients leave I don't want to miss their business, because the diva energy at uptown is sooooo strong , therefore Ill buy cuts and chill that way when they blow out I don't miss the business. =).

Negative experience: Can’t even do the simple clean up just line up on the beard and around neck. Barber was too scared to use the blades or the clippers, literally shaking and holding the clipper with two hands. Very disappointing

Fantastic experience: Barber: John S. Experience: Friday 8/29 @10am. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Asked if I had an appt scheduled (which I did). I showed up early, because I was in the area with nothing to do. John finished his client in the chair and asked if I had appts. Took me early, and gave me the haircut I asked for and nailed it!! He also fixed my terrible haircut back in May just before my wedding. Definitely be back. Tips: BOOK an appt online. This place is always busy. They take walk-ins, but be prepared to wait without an appt. ALL these barbers have repeat customers and are in demand for the excellent work they do. Understand that a lack of planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on theirs.

Fantastic experience: I got a walk-in hair cut with Maria today, and I’ve honestly never had a better haircut. My hair is thick and behaves weirdly, and she really took the time to see how it looks and reacts to water and trimming it. I’m super glad she was behind my chair, and I will most definitely be coming back to see her! Also she’s super friendly, and really made me feel comfortable which is hard as a woman who needs a barber to actually get the cut and style they like. 11/10, would recommend!

Positive experience: I went to this barbershop specifically for my beard. I feel I can get a haircut im happy with most places. But this place was mentioned a few times on reddit for being a good shop for beards. Im sorry to say im disappointed in my haircut and my beard trim. My mustache witch I used to twist and curl up is now less than a half inch long. From close to 3 inches. It's uneven, she basically just cut my mustache off and left the rest... the rest of the long hair around my mouth what would be a handlebar, left untouched. The majority of my beard not even got a comb ran through it. I mentioned to the barber that I was here specifically for my beard when i arrived to my appointment. I feel they were under equipped for the task. If she was not confident in her abilities, I wish she would have said somthing so I could get it done correctly. 65$ and left unhappy. Can't recommend this shop for a beard trim. Im at home trying to fix this mess.

Negative experience: I usually cut my husbands hair because I know what works for his face and head shape. My husband is currently in AZ for work and I suggested he go to a barbershop since his hair is getting too long and by the time he sees me it’ll be overbearing. He was supposed to get a layered cut use clippers of sizes 12 and shorter as it reaches the back of his head into a fade. They told him they don’t do layers…. We kind of barbers don’t do layers?! I’ve met barbers from Mexico that cut women’s hair and men’s hair that cut better and with layers….. they seem to know one hair style and I’m the wife that has to look at one of the new additions to the sopranos. Jacob did an incredible job—great haircut, straight razor for the edges and neck, hot towel, and even a massager. My husband was so impressed! The real standout, though, was Edgar. I brought my two sons (3 years and 10 months), and when Edgar had a cancellation, he didn’t hesitate to fit us in. Cutting hair for babies and toddlers is no easy task—they’re wiggly, unpredictable, and often uncomfortable in the chair—but Edgar handled it like a pro. He was so patient, gentle, and attentive, taking his time to make sure they both felt at ease and happy throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I am usually just a haircut guy, and I've been here several times and had great cuts, fast in and out, great friendly barbers. But today, I treated myself to a full deluxe cut and beard trim with Yakov. I can tell you, it was more than what I expected. I especially enjoyed his use of the hot towel with lemon, contrasted with a refreshing cooling towel immediately following his hot foam shave. It was relaxing yet awakening, all in the same hour. Please, guys, do treat yourself and upgrade from your basic cut if you have time. It is quite the experience here.

I got a call from the owner a few days later, who wanted to make things right with us. Their prompt response and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I didn’t think they would care about a customer complaint or even losing a customer. They not only fixed the issue by providing a refund but also made me feel valued and comfortable providing feedback. This kind of exceptional customer service is RARE to find these days. Fantastic experience: Best haircut ever (schedule appointment) I drive from Tucson to get a Haircut from Sefi Showed him a picture of a high and tight fade and he cut it just like the picture. Two weeks later I come back ask for a mid fade with another pic and he cut it exactly like the new picture. Sefi pays attention to what you want and gives you time to explain attentive and quick. The cutters have vacuums, great for on the go. The place is very clean and nice music. Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: OMG, Soson is the best. But, this entire barbershop is the best. Consistent, perfectionist attention to detail with flyaway hair, or with any detail. (Although I do not drink, I noticed that they have beer in the glass fridge. That just shows the level of detail. That said, I would not want a drunken haircut. I don't have enough hair left for that, anyways.)

Fantastic experience: Needed a quick cut so I stopped in, as soon as I step in the door I saw Borris and immediately knew it was one of the best shops in town. I waited 2 hours for Borris’ next appointment (well worth it), but if he’s there then you know you can trust any barber through those doors. For now 4.7 stars and if owner wants to know how to get to 5 stars grab my number from Borris and call me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Yuri for a couple years now and he has been through so many hairstyles with me. Through my mullet phase, my spiked hair, and he even gave me my first buzz cut. Somehow he made all of them look good.

Fantastic experience: I moved to town over a year ago and am super picky about who cuts my hair. It took me a few months to find these guys but once I did there was no turning back. These guys are THE best!! True professionals and a well ran shop. You are in and out in 30 minutes and every barber is super cool. My personal favs are my guys Sefi and Jacob. You can’t go wrong with either of these guys they’re the best and will leave you look clean. 10/10!!
