Negative experience: Had an appointment with Tony on Sunday at 1:30. Showed up on time and sat for 20ish mins with my 7 year old daughter until it was apparent that dude was not showing up. And I understand it's a barbershop but show a little class and watch your mouth when a little girl is in the shop. Trash place, no class.

Fantastic experience: We arrived as 2 Walk-Ins and the young man greeted us. Not more than 5 minutes, another young man came to ask if we were ready. I showed him a picture of the haircut my son wanted and he was on it and very friendly. I asked if it was okay for me to stand next to my baby while cutting his hair and he went OVER and BEYOND by grabbing a stool for me to sit. Thank you (Tony); you are very respectful and professional and kind. 5 minutes after that, my other son got called. Another nice gentleman kindly helped him on his chair. I also showed him the haircut picture my son wanted and he was on it too and said, No worries, I'll take care of it. They are very kind and knows what their customers want, from children to adults. It's our first time here and Tony informed me on how long this place has been open. I am so glad I found you guys on Google and now I will be letting all my island families here in DENVER and AURORA to come here. Thank you guys for the welcoming feeling and the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Negative experience: shouldn’t let rookies cut hair. I went to cut my hair yesterday and I just waste my time and my money . I paid 50 for a hair cut and the guy who cut my hair has no experience

Negative experience: Never again. So tired of him getting horrible cuts. To each their own place, this is sadly no longer for us anymore!

Negative experience: Called in advance asking if they do hot towel beard trim they said yes for $25. Confirmed 3 times that it’s hot towel they said yes.. Came in lady who helped me didn’t even know how it’s done , she did a good job with the beard trim with trimmers but not with razor like I had wanted. (Applied hot towel after having to request it) Definetly not VIP service; then she said 30 instead of 25. Maybe owner can do some training

Fantastic experience: A couple weeks ago I stopped in here for cut. It was a last minute need for a wedding I was attending in the afternoon. Came through as a walk in and Kevin hooked your boy nice It’s been a minute since I sat in a barbers chair but the it was super chill, atmosphere was like being back at home.

Fantastic experience: Pulled up to find a new barber and Gee took GREAT care of me. His attention to detail was flawless and conversation was more than entertaining! Something I look for when I go to find me a barber. He took his time but still got me done in a timely matter. He didn't have me sittin in the chair waisting time! I look good and feel even better! I'll most definitely be back there to see him. You should too!

Needless to say I found VIP barber lounge online, walked in and was greeted by Gee he talked to me about hair texture and options , made me feel comfortable and gave me a great haircut. I’ll be making this my barber and barbershop every time I’m in town

He's been growing his hair out and had pretty long braids, but he's also quite tender headed and has always been scared of having someone else during his hair or going to the barber. But yesterday we had the pleasure of having "Z" cut and style his hair and making him feel comfortable. She was also patient. Thank you Z for making this a great visit. Negative experience: I asked the barber for the one with the colors that I got done in Florida and this is what I got for $60 not with $60 - $25 maybe needs work needs to learn to take their time and focus this is poor quality

Fantastic experience: I asked for a gentlemans haircut and I received more than what I expected. The other great thing was they took walk-ins. They were all friendly to the new customers. Clean barbershop and clean equipment. Plus they lined me up pretty well. And tip ya barbers.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this barbershop. The staff were unfriendly, and they didn’t seem skilled at cutting hair. They kept asking unnecessary questions about the style i recommended, and it seemed like they only knew how to do one basic hairstyle. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for professional or versatile service

Fantastic experience: AJ has been my go to barber at this shop and I've been going here for 3 years now. I recently tried a couple different shops and barbers after moving but wasn't impressed. The 30 minute drive is worth it for the fresh fade I get every time. 5 stars isn't enough to rate him honestly!

Fantastic experience: My boys and I just moved here not too long ago and we’ve been looking for a home barbershop to get consistent with. They were hosting a back to school free hair cut event today, was a little hesitant about coming at first cause I didn’t want my boys heads messed up right before school. Glad I chose to come because they didn’t mess my boys up, they put them back in the game and the atmosphere was great and so welcoming. We’ve been to 2 barbershops before this one since we got to Colorado and haven’t felt the way we felt in this place. They not only gave my boys free cuts but they also ordered pizza and had school supplies for the kiddos. When I tried to tip the barber that did one of my son’s hair he wouldn’t even accept it. Just goes to show that they really care about the youth and the community. My boys already asked if they can come here from now on to get right. They definitely gained us as lifetime customers today.

Positive experience: Ezrath he was very nice and he did a wonderful job on my son haircut and isiah did my other son haircut it was awesome and very friendly. And it’s $25 for kids please come and bring your family

Fantastic experience: Iv gone to this barber shop for a few months now and everyone that has cut my hair has done a great job. Two that have stood out though are Mario and Miguel. Mario is very detail oriented and and did an amazing job on my cut today. He asked questions and was able to infer what I wanted and make it happen. Miguel cut my hair last month and did an amazing job as well and even made a suggestion of making a change in my hair cut style that I’ll probably be keeping for awhile. Overall you can’t go wrong with anyone cutting hair at VIP and I highly suggest giving them a shot.

Negative experience: If I could give negative star reviews I would. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable. We had an appointment with AJ for 9am however at 9:10 the appointment was then canceled. Nobody advised us of the cancellation EVEN though we were sitting in the lobby. We were not offered to be helped by anyone else, they just ignored us. Y’all need to do better.

Negative experience: First barber messed my hair up. Didnt listen to a thing I said. Had to wait to have my hair fixed and the next barber double charged me. Stay away from this place.

Negative experience: Awful service! If walk in’s aren’t an option, just say so! Was there for close to an hour and no one seemed to care about taking care of my son and I. Left a sour taste in the mouth. We’ve been regular at this place and tip generously all the time. Avoid if you can. Our last time there for sure!

Positive experience: I don’t usually give bad reviews but today was just not it , brought my son here before and AJ cut and lined up my son clean and fresh , a little confusion on how he was charging me but we figured it out , went back today for a cut and line up as a walk in and we ended up with a barber who really didn’t do a good job and when he was finished and asked what I thought all I said was it is what it is and had to deal with the cut he got … will be back but definitely not with the barber he had today… won’t give a 1 star cause I like the shop but for todays visit it was definitely a 1 star

Fantastic experience: Michael came in at 5:45am to accommodate a SUPER last minute school picture appointment and although my son is not pleased with waking up almost 2 hours earlier than a typical school day, we will never forget this act of kindness. Not to mention today is the last retake day of the year so his Middle School picture will forever reflect the literal VIP treatment my son has received this day. The accommodation as well as Michaels skillset has kick-started my son's request to transition to Michael as his Barber, after his OG barber has moved out of state. The shop itself is big, 16 current barbers and CLEAN. VIP Barbers lounge, Michael specifically, has definitely gained my son as a loyal customer.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time. No shave and beard trim should cost 60 bucks....trash. on top of that, the guy put zero effort and did a poor job on the beard.

Negative experience: Waste of time. Had to download an app, create an account, give personal details just to make an appointment. I arrived 10 mins early. Said hi to barber who said “I’m running a little behind” I proceeded to sit in the chair for over 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I ended up leaving because the barber still hadn’t come close to finishing the cut for his client.
