Negative experience: Update: Multiple times had to wait more than 20 minutes despite having an appointment. I waited 30+ minutes with an appointment and had to leave to run other errands before being served. Original 5 star: Wonderful service at both the bar and the barber chair.

Fantastic experience: First time to a barber since 2006. Had a great barber Alixxandria, very knowledgeable and a true artist. Atmosphere is amazing and doesn't leave you feeling like you aren't dressed well enough. Very relaxing and recharging. Thank you.

Negative experience: I purchased a membership as a gift for a friend. After his first visit I got incessant texts and calls asking me to provide a tip for his services or his personal number for them to ask him to provide a tip. That is massively inappropriate. It has been over a year now and I have been trying to cancel the membership to no avail for 2 months. The account online does not let me access it and no one ever seems to answer the phone

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here and seeing Gina since July of 2024. I wanted to connect with a stylist and dial in my hair before my wedding in Sept 24. She has been amazing to work with, always has ideas and suggestions… always above and beyond. She has been so worth it that it’s been worth paying a membership. Even when others have had to fill in they are incredibly well trained and personable. 10/10 will always come back

Fantastic experience: Edit: Second time in was just as good as the last! Highly recommend. Elevated cut and friendly service! Highly recommend trying this place, especially if you are used to going to the usual sportclips, great clips, etc. This barbershop is worth the extra spend. They ask questions to make sure you're getting the cut that you want, take their time and give much more attention to detail. And a free drink included helps to justify the extra cost! If you haven't ever had a cut at one of these shops, give it a try.

Negative experience: After going to this location for a couple of years, the number of barbers I had changed every few months. This past summer I cancelled my membership and began going to another barber shop. Ever since, they have continued to charge my card for the subscription. I do not recommend this location.

Positive experience: The staff is always super friendly and help any way they can. I can not see whiteout my glasses so I try to trust that a barber is going to do their job. I’ve been going for a few months and have noticed that there is always patches on my head(I try to be bald) my service does not include bald even though it’s about $100. The first few times the clippers were burning me. I’m not a sensitive guy so I just brush through it until it was still burning days after.

Negative experience: Came here on the recommendation of a friend and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had reasonable subscription packages that get you monthly clean ups (in my case, just my beard) and a well-made cocktail for just $28 a month. Looking forward to my visit next month! *********** Unfortunately I've decided to update my review about 1 year later. I really think this concept is a wonderful idea, but unfortunately the last 4 months I came here, there was so much turn over that every time I went to reschedule a trim, the barber had quit before my next appointment. There was no consistency to my cuts, and no ability to build and maintain a relationship with my barber. Finally the last time I came in, which was maybe 5-6 months ago, I received a trim so bad I decided never to go back. When I called and asked to cancel my sub, they told me I had to stay another month before it cancelled. I didn't even want my appointment they charged me for, and then they charged me for one more month before I called them one last time and asked them to cancel. This concept would be really great if they could retain their talent. As a customer, we get screwed by wildly inconsistent cuts and beard trims.

Zach cut my hair and did way better than I could have asked for! I got compliments on my cut from everyone I saw and the business is top tier. 10/10 recommend. DEFINITELY check this place out Also the pricing is super reasonable. I had been paying $40 per cut at my other place in Seattle and for $55 I get great service, free drink and a place to feel comfortable They offer a membership for a monthly fee and 10 free buddy passes to bring others to test it out as well!

Fantastic experience: Before I came in, I had the home styled look. After Kaylia took care of me, I got so many compliments. The receptionist treated me to a smoky old fashioned before my appointment, so I was plenty relaxed before I was taken care of.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for 2 years to get a buzz cut which is $37 plus tip for 10 minutes of work. Today I was told that because there are two blades that they use it’s actually a 10 year cut which is $55 $55 for 10 minutes of work is outrageous. Perhaps this is just for me to pay for the booze for other people which I don’t really care for Really disappointing that they’ve either been doing it wrong for two years and giving me a wrong understanding or that they change their policy but either way $55 for a simple buzz cut is stupid and I’m gonna pass.

Negative experience: I just had an extremely disappointing experience just now at the Lowry location with stylist AJ, a stylist I haven’t used before. I got the facial hair sculpt and 10 year haircut that I always get. The haircut itself is fine, but the facial hair sculpt was completely botched. When we discussed what I wanted I mentioned I just wanted her to take half the length off the beard and mustache, but to keep the same style. After the service, I now have very thin strip of hair where my full mustache used to be. With the beard it used to go about all the way down my neck, now I am left with a chinstrap across my face. I also have many cuts across my neck, and somewhere in this process she managed to cut my eyelid. Just like everyone most likely, I have had a bad haircut or two in my life, but this is to another level and it’s very upsetting. This was bad enough that I cancelled my entire membership and will be looking elsewhere in the future. I won’t be putting a picture of this up for both embarrassment and privacy reasons, but I would strongly recommend people look elsewhere for hair cutting services.

Negative experience: UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SELL YOU - READ ON for the fraud! What a difference a year makes. Corporate came in and cleaned house. After having four different stylists in four different appointments (none of whom I originally booked with and one of whom had been cutting hair professionally for 7 months), in May I cancelled my PREPAID membership (that I could "cancel any time for my leftover money back, but will save money") and asked to have my money refunded. I also cancelled - in person with Allie the manager(?) - my 2 kids memberships. I was told I would hear in a week for the refund. NOTHING. I then called, used the two way text function (because I was still getting messages as were my kids), reached out to the corp "want to get a franchise" email account (no corp contact on the website..hmmm), and even linkedin messaged the founder. Crickets. Yes, that is FIVE attempts to get my money back and cancel. Then, they charged my card for my kid's membership - yep, a month after I cancelled it. I went in person that Monday and spoke to Savannah (Cancel all and refund please...again), who said she would talk to the regional person Collette, who would get back to me. NOTHING. I called back that Thursday (yes, that is notice number SEVEN) and was told I would hear back. NOTHING. I finally just reached out to my credit card and reported the fraudulent charge and blocked them from future charges. (My card refunded it almost immediately after saying they would have to "investigate" first. Does that imply they didn't need to investigate this vendor?). Today I got yet another text and an email letting me know about -- yet another - new person. So, I replied to both cancelling again. (#8-9 if you are keeping score). So, when they tell you to join and you can cancel anytime, it is a LIE. They not only didn't but then tried to charge it again (feels like theft). They still have my unused $$ that I am due (feels like more theft). NEVER AGAIN and you still owe me money. PS - If you get a text that the stylist you built a relationship and knows your hair "left to pursue another career path," that is not true either. If you like your stylist, get their number because they may not be there long. This place charges too much to be this poorly run. UPDATE: 24 hours after I posted this, I got an email from the regional director (Kailey), who apologized, addressed the matter, and refunded my money. While appreciative, it is disappointing that it took this much to get there.

Positive experience: Haircut was very nice. Had a shampoo and hot towel as well. The stylist was very friendly and professional. My real issue is the price of it all. I only went due to a 20% discount and it’s a mile from my house, but it was still over $50 with tip for a men’s basic haircut. I wasn’t offered a cocktail, so I’m not even sure why you would come here over any other barbershop. Maybe people just pay for the ambiance, but that’s not really my thing. This is essentially a “Craft barbershop” and I don’t see the point. I would go here every time if the price was reasonable.

Negative experience: Went to cancel my subscription and was told there was a month extra fee/30 day notice. They were kind and told me they would wave the fee. A month later they charged me the month fee. Seems like they never canceled the membership even though they said they did. Dont sign up for a su subscription here.

Negative experience: DO NOT get a membership. I signed up for a membership, and when I cancelled, was charged for TWO extra months. The first month after you cancel you are forced to pay for, and was charged in error for the month after that. I have called 6 separate times to remedy this, have been promised reimbursement twice, and have not heard a peep. They have a staff that doesn't care about your experience, and have also paid $60 for a haircut from a trainee in the past from here as well. TLDR: This place will scam you and does not care about the quality of your experience.

The reviews were better than the other places and the pictures online looked really nice. Set a same day appointment and the experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, drinks were good, and the atmosphere and music is the best out of any barber I’ve been too. 10/10 will be coming back!

Positive experience: I've been growing my beard for 18 months, and haven't let ANYONE shape it until now. I expected to come in and have a "Professional" trim it and shape it efficiently. I wanted the top lined up properly, and my mustache done where it was more pronounced. Now I may as well have a goatee, the sides were taken down about 3 inches, and my mustache around my mouth is crooked. Thank God its just hair. Please listen to the customer closer. This could have made someone start all over, honestly I thought about it, and might still, and after closer inspection its not even, even. One side is shorter than the other. I've been looking at it all day thinking it was just me, so I had my co-worker look at it and she confirmed that I wasnt crazy. On a positive note I did call the shop and they are able to get me in right away when I get off of work so we will see what happens. Update. Ayesha fixed my beard, she took her time, figured out all the errors and fixed them. Now I will go there again, she also gave me a couple good ideas. Very nice lady thank you Ayesha.

Negative experience: Over the past 2 years I have received great service from this location. However, recently it seems that they have gone through some changes in staff. Over the past 3 months, customer service as well as the hair cut services have declined. Between long wait times with existing appointments and schedule changes, I am not happy with their performance. Most recently, they moved my appointment to an earlier slot and then I waited for over 30 minutes only to learn that my barber was not going to be able to accommodate me. Why move the appointment to and earlier time only for me to be waiting until after the time slot of the original appointment? Upon calling to cancel the membership, I was again put on hold for 5 minutes. No questions were asked as to why I decided to cancel my membership nor were there any efforts to keep my business during the cancellation process. *Note, they did offer free upgrades to my next services when they told me they could not cut my hair.

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled with Aaron, who was training. Although the hair cut was a little longer than usual, It was the best haircut I can remember from the past 10 years... Solid Job! I'll be going back.

Positive experience: I was invited to do a free training service with new stylist Ayesha. Ayesha was very friendly and attentive and ensured I was satisfied with my service! I was however confused/misled about the service listed in email and over the phone. The email stated the service was a “10 year service only” (which I thought included a drink) and no upgrades or add-ons, which is fine since it was a complementary service. When I called to make the appointment the team member asked if I wanted a hair or beard trim (I thought it was just hair) and I said both if it was included. The service I received was only hair and no beard or drink. Pros: the stylist in training was very kind and attentive Cons: the service was confusing, the check in person was low-energy and acted like they didn’t want to be there and was focused on another employee or customer

Fantastic experience: I really ended up liking the place,I went to get my hair cut and Nikki did an amazing job with my hair cut,cool atmosphere,really nice people,and drinks are good as well. Definitely recommend this place if you know what you are getting for your hair if not they pretty much will help you with recommendations which I like to hear most of the time to see what the barbers think.

Negative experience: I am really confused on how this place operates. They charges me for a razor fade but I only received a buzz fade. The barber claimed that the 0-0 setting is a razor fade. Then they charged me 20 bucks for a facial trim cause the “barber” faded my side burns into my fade. So all in all I paid 77 bucks for a horrible “fade” and never got a beard(facial hair trim) I tried talking to the front desk gal and she had no idea what she was talking about. This place is just a hive for out of state hipsters in my opinion. 75 fricking dollars for a great clips hair cut.

This was my first time here and I was a little nervous because doing a masculine cut on a woman can easily go wrong but the haircut was perfect! I have come out of barbers before with a high and tight cut which is the opposite of what I asked for.

Negative experience: TLDR: thought I'd treat myself but ended up overpaying for something I do better at home. People with a full head of hair might have a better experience. This was supposed to be a treat yourself day and I was excited to get a professional beard trim and hair cut for the first time in nearly 20 years. I got a package for a cut and a trim that was supposed to be $84. My stylist was super nice and boasted about working for Las Vegas shows and doing similar work for weddings in Napa valley, so suffice to say I was pumped to expect a new fresh look! I asked my head to be shaved clean as my hair is quite thin up top. This was surprisingly difficult for the stylist to do. They started by cutting with an electric buzzer to remove most of the hair then used a foil/balder over and over to get it closer to the scalp. it was apparent to me that this stylist wasn't adept at this kind of cut because I needed to continually ask them to go for it again to remove the stray hairs and the "Velcro" of my scalp stubble. This process took the majority of my 1 hour appointment. They also did a very brief trim with minimal styling of my beard, "evening" it out and adding a fade to the side burns. Unfortunately, I was too complacent to point out that the trim was uneven under my chin. She then added some balm to the beard after we had discussed oils vs balms. She also offered to trim my eyebrows a bit. When it came time to pay, I tipped the stylist $20 through Venmo and settled up my bill which included an extra $22 charge I was not made aware of that would be included, still unsure what that superfluous charge was, something about another beard trim addition maybe? So the total bill came to (before tip) >$100. The highlight of my visit was the glass of bourbon at the end. The bartender was a super nice guy and gave me and my partner some good suggestions for places to visit. At the end of the day, I walked out feeling like I wasted ~$140 (including tip and I bought the beard balm cause it smells nice) for something I do better myself at home. This experience reaffirmed why I haven't paid for a professional hair cut in nearly 2 decades.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. Wanted to try out a new barbershop in town and this one crossed my path! It did not disappoint!
