Fantastic experience: This was my first experience at Rosemont and it will definitely NOT be my last! Xavier was incredible and gave me the full experience that started with a warm wash cloth over my face and ended with a clean shave on my neck and the haircut itself was so precise. Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year — always showing up on time, paying for every appointment, and leaving tips because I genuinely liked Brian’s work and how he cuts my hair. Unfortunately, due to a one-time emergency, I had to cancel a few hours before my appointment and was asked to pay a $60 cancellation fee. As a loyal client — especially at a place that is not cheap and is considered quite expensive — I expected understanding, flexibility, and high-level customer service. Instead, my appointment was canceled and I was told you will no longer provide services for me. This experience was extremely disappointing and made it feel like money matters more than the customer and the relationship built over time. I want to be clear that my experience with Brian himself was very positive, but the business owner’s approach shows a lack of customer service and the overall attitude felt dismissive — as if what matters most is the money rather than loyal clients. If this is how a long-term customer of over a year is treated, it’s hard to believe new customers will be treated better — especially at a premium-priced barbershop. Loyalty should go both ways. Unfortunately, this situation showed a lack of flexibility, empathy, and proper customer care. I cannot recommend this place based on how this situation was handled.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say this was one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had, long but worth it. This guy is working out a genuine care for his clients in terms of "detailing" vs the ordinary in-and-out numbers game other barbers utilize, and you can immediately feel you’re in a high end experience, but what really stood out was the level of care and precision he brought to the cut. He took his time and didn’t rush a single detail. I watched him section my hair in ways I didn’t even know barbers did, explaining exactly why he was doing what he was doing and how it would affect not just how it looks today, but how it grows out over time. That kind of forward thinking approach is rare and informative. Made me really trust the guy. You’re not just paying for a haircut, you’re paying for expertise, intention, and craftsmanship. Since the cut, I’ve been getting compliments left and right. It genuinely changed how I carry myself. If you’re on the fence about investing in a quality cut, trust me, it’s worth it. He’s not just cutting hair, he’s elevating the whole experience. Even had him cut my dad's hair and same experience, non stop compliments. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: First time ever to an actual barber and Brian absolutely proved what I was missing. Not only did he make me feel incredibly comfortable with the whole process he educated me about my hair specifically with how to keep it healthy. He explained what was possible but also honest about what was not with my hair type. That level of professionalism and honesty is really what will make me a lifelong customer. Amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: Place is dope. Friendly and inviting but also very professional. The modern chic decor is welcoming and swanky, without being pretentious. The barbers talking knowledge of hair care was scientific and reminded me of the passion of chefs from discussing their next menu item. I sat down with Royal for the royal (no relation) treatment. It was fantastic. Not only was the cut precise and stylish, the exfoliation and cleansing was very refreshing. My new barber at my new barbershop. 10/10 would recommend. Wife approved.

Positive experience: I had an okay experience here. The shop is very clean, the barbers are kind and very professional. I paid 150 for a haircut and beard trim for a wedding I had the next day. Upon getting home and combing out my short hair... My haircut was very uneven. Had to rush to floyds before the wedding to get cleaned up. For this reason I left 3 stars

Fantastic experience: Izzy and the rest of the Rosemont Barbers are the best in the business. In a short time, I have developed absolute trust in Izzy. He has demonstrated that he understands my hair and the intended style. He has mastered the craft and was able to take my overall vision (transitioning from a classic high fade to a long-haired mullet) and put it into practice, finding an interim style that looked great at each stage along the way. Izzy is also an excellent communicator. He goes out of his way to provide explanations of how he was able adapt the style to my hair texture/head shape/etc. to have me looking my absolute best.
