Fantastic experience: Best barber shop in the area, prices are very fair and the cuts are the best!

Negative experience: Went in for a beard trim, communicated that, and all of a sudden left with a full fade because the barber refused to admit they were making a mistake and just kept cutting my hair. Unfortunately this is the worst but not the first time there has been some kind of major miscommunication involving a cut here, so I won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here since June and I’ve come in about 3-4 times. Unfortunately the haircuts following my first visit simply aren’t what I communicated to the barber. I have short/medium curly hair that I style in a mullet. Simple, trim the top and shave the sides to the length I say. However I feel each time I receive a completely new haircut, despite me showing the same picture and saying the same things each time. This is frustrating as the very first time I visit he cut it perfectly. My most recent visit was the breaking point, as I fear my hair is lopsided and don’t match what I said at all. Even worse is that during my visit there was a very disgruntled old guy and his barber and him were yelling back and forth (tbh the barber had butchered the old guys hair, but the old guy didn’t really have much hair to work with so idk). My barber then proceeds to stop my haircut mid appointment and use the tools he was just using on my head, on the older fellow. When he finished with the old guy, he then uses those exact same tools on my hair. This is incredibly irresponsible as that is how you can share mite like lice, and in worse scenarios diseases transmitted from small scratches in the skin. I will be looking elsewhere for a barber, especially one that is actually confident and experienced cutting anything other than a fade. Edit: I called and asked days before my first visit which barber has the best experience with curly hair. All visits were performed by Juan, who is a very chill guy but can often be found sleeping before your appointment and you’ll have to wait for someone to wake him up.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment at 9:30am with a friend and only he got seen. We both said we had appts and who we were gonna be with. I sat there for 30 mins till they realized I had an appt too. I would have accepted the haircut they offered after but I question their quality if they can’t even pay attention to detail. They messed up my appt. They aren’t gonna have a chance to mess up my hair. Either way I’ll never find out bc I won’t be coming here ever.

Luis is excellent — he’s detailed, careful, and consistently delivers a great head shave and beard trim. He’s friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The shop is conveniently located, online booking is super easy, and I can often book same day without any hassle. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable barber in a relaxed, no-nonsense environment.

Positive experience: I requested a specific fade style on the both sides, and I said it repeatedly, even had a interpreter for Santos to understand. But you can see in the picture how he done. He did good on my right side, I then said to not touch that style and to keep it. And I said him to do that style exactly on the other side. But then he without my knowledge changed that. Even after I said it's not what I requested, he tried to adjust it but he couldn't do what I requested and I lost hope. Overall pretty okay haircut, and not worth $40 I think.

Negative experience: Went for a walk in and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all for over 10mins. Three men walked in after me and were all serviced individually.

Negative experience: Terrible haircut. This is the worst haircut I’ve gotten in years and I’ve been all over the country. The barber didn’t know how to do a proper taper fade which is all I asked for. I asked him to blend in the taper fade because it looked terrible and he had no clue what that meant. I also asked him to not trim down any of my hair, just a taper. This guy literally cut down all of my hair in the back which took months to grow and unnecessary cut other areas soooo low. Worst haircut from Alejandro. He does not belong in a barbershop.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time getting a haircut at LakeShore Cuts, and I had a really positive experience. Welcoming staff, clean, and plenty of room for everybody. Alejandro cut my hair and I'm happy with the final product as well as the cost of the service. I would recommend others to use their services, and I will be coming back again to get my hair cut. Edit: I've been back a few times now and I continue to have good experiences here.

Negative experience: Can’t recommend this place at all. I told Juan I wanted a trim and that I wanted to leave most of the length intact because I am growing it out. I even clarified more by saying I just wanted to clean up the edges and take some weight out of the back, but to leave as much hair as possible. Instead, he cut the sides very short and took more than 2 inches off the top. Then, he tried to skip the beard trim and wash I scheduled. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I needed a last minute haircut before I went to visit family. I found Lakshore cuts online and saw the great reviews on Google. When I left I could see why! I was able to book an appointment that same day with Juan and I was seated right away. Juan took his time to make sure that my haircut was done right(which is what I appreciate, there's nothing worse than a barber rushing a haircut) when I was going to leave, I was informed that they would take care of my beard for only $5 more. It was worth it! I definitely found my new barber!

Gabriel, the owner, was also great. he makes a point to connect with everyone and keeps the atmosphere relaxed. My son got a fade and usually doesn’t want his hair buzzed at all but Luis and the owners were great with him and making sure he was comfortable. Very friendly people and there’s a comfy sofa, pool table, giant tv etc so you won’t be bored if there’s a wait. Highly recommend!!

Upon entering I was immediately greeted by one of the owners (Rafa) who was very welcoming and friendly. He asked what I was looking for and set me up with juan..my son got a low fade with graphics. Juan did a fantastic job...no complaints 2nd time visit was with my boyfriend who went for a blowout with a barber named Noel..he said he had a similar experience. No complaints with the haircut or level of skill. Overall yes i would recommend this barbershop..staff were friendly, they offered video games and toys for anyone waiting. Owners went out of there way to make u feel comfortable, prices are reasonable, very clean and trendy decor. What else you need.
