Fantastic experience: I have taken both of my sons here and they love their haircuts which isn't an easy feat. Kikbak is a centrally located, modern establishment. Very easy to book, reschedule and cancel on the Fresha app they use and very good pricing. We will always come back here for our intermediate and high schooler. They cut according to what's in trend and your requirements.

Fantastic experience: I've been to most barbers in Whangarei and these guys deal the best fades and cuts in town. Recent change of ownership, but the same experienced barbers. It's a dedicated barbershop now, sometimes 5 or more barbers on the go. This means little or no wait time and best prices for a proper fade or any other cut when compared with some of the other high end barbers. These guys know what they're doing, you won't regret checking them out. Really family and kid friendly also!

Negative experience: Not at all recommendable, they take a long time to serve, they take a long time to cut my hair, and the hairdressers have little experience, my hair turned out horrible.

Negative experience: Terrible service, completely irresponsible. Even after booking an appointment, they don't care about customers. I waited over an hour for a haircut, and no one informed me. When I asked, they said my barber was sick and they didn't know. It wasted half my weekend. This barbershop is 50 years behind others in Whangarei.

Fantastic experience: Such a cool vibe in this place. The lads at Moko Fusion are so lovely, polite, very welcoming, and create a great atmosphere. Nice open space, comfy couches to wait on. Walk in service means no waiting for appointments. There are some very talented barbers at Moko Fusion. Highly recommend. Lots of parking nearby, central and easy to find.

Negative experience: It is not right when u are waiting for hours and someone just talk with the barber and take your place. That is very unfair as I am paying the same amount as everyone else (including the di*k head that jumped the queue) if you are a busy person and can't wait you should book your haircut elsewhere, very disrespectful.

Positive experience: Real hit or miss when it comes to haircuts, It's 50/50 on either the best or worst haircut I've ever had. Don't think I'll be back after this time though. Didn't even cut the side properly. Edit-Not sure what his name was but he was a younger bloke with blond hair working there yesterday. Would have got it fixed on the spot if I'd have noticed it. Hate to complain but I wasn't happy with the fact that I had to get some scissors and cut the parts that he missed. I drive in from Pipiwai to get a haircut so it's not a short trip.

Negative experience: Been to there barber shop this week worst customer service ( barber shop ) the guy who was giving the hair cut has real bad customer service skills talks like he owns the customer . So unprofessional, unpleasant to deal with , was getting upset coz customer wasn’t happy with the hairdo Real bad customer experience will never go back for a hair cut there .
