Fantastic experience: Took my son in for a fade this morning, he often gets vasovagal where hot flushes can come and lead him to fainting during a haircut. This nearly happened today but Logan took his time catering to him giving him water, comfort and time to come right. Appreciate it loads of respect catch you next time

Negative experience: Sat half an hour waiting before I was informed by one of the four staff there was bookings. Seems like the sort of thing it would be nice to know upon walking in.

Positive experience: Yet to be convinced their business model is good business.....or in fact compliant with the Sale of Goods Act or the Consumers Guarantee Act. Web / phone appointment only pay in advance for the web booking is their model, and if you don't turn up on time you forfeit your web payment...... My experience: yes I was late, yes parking was a nitemare. Got there to find 3 staff mooching around their reception looking bored.... Two of the three disappeared out back to do more mooching I guess. Yes, the lady hairdresser did finally relent but like it was a huge favour (you could feel the ice). No customer empathy on display. The franchisee should observe the quantum of lost business by not having at least one chair open to standard short back and sides 'walk ins' if booking loads are light. Jury's out on this one...

Fantastic experience: They are the top barber in Whangārei. Doesn’t matter who you have. They all carry conversation and actually care about what you say every time you’re there.

Negative experience: Paid on line then was told needed traffic light system. Feel segregated and very wrong to do that. They didnt have anything on door or counter or on line until you paid. Very poor.

Negative experience: Went on website to book time using 40$ voucher, it did not work. So go there as website said 1240pm is open for appointment and not greeted but asked if got appointment? Then told voucher can be used but come back in to book with Maddie when she in tomorrow. Then asked if can come hr n half later (guessing they want LUNCH). Maybe I will go to my old local in Sandringham Auckland when back there this weekend. Muhammad from Iraq is super cool guy. What a joke. Anyone wants 40$ voucher for 30$?
