Fantastic experience: Good haircut and good value for this pensioner.

Negative experience: Price is good but the haircut is low quality, onside flatter than the other he messed up my hair i wouldn’t go back

Positive experience: First time was good ... second time it was an ok cut. Used clippers mainly.

Negative experience: Couldn’t do a combover which I’ve had many times.

Negative experience: Does not shut at 6pm u must get there at least 10 minutes before as doors are locked if if you are regular customer

Negative experience: My son's haircut is crooked. I had to point out the back was crooked, but have only just seen the front. Probably because he was watching the cricket. Not the friendliest service either. I don't expect a conversation but a hello, goodbye, have a good day or thanks for your money would be nice. Only positive was being open on Sunday. But there are others open on Sunday so go elsewhere, not here. In response to owner reply: Approximately 1240pm Sunday. We were the only customers at the time and hair cut by younger man. We've already had my son's hair tidied up. Aside from fixing his hair you can't undo the bad service or the lack of interest by your barber.

Fantastic experience: The experience was so great. I went to different salons to do my hair straightening but they are hesitant because of my hair color. Thanks to Black Scissor Barber, they did my hair straightening without hesitation they even managed to do hair treatment with keratin as well. The staffs are all nice and accommodating. I’ll be back again for sure!

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would Ruined an already shitty week. Just wanted to feel special for half an hour or so Used clippers to cut my hair and even made me stand up for the appointment. Left feeling utterly devastated. Charged me 50 dollars for maybe a 6 minute hair disaster Will never fo back and will tell everyone I know not to use them. Shitty service shitty haircut shitty price.

Negative experience: I asked for a light trim..I especially asked to leave some hair on my ears to protect from sun....He obviously didn't listen....But so Quick it was to late to interrupt him... So I just paid and left..wont ...be going back...

Negative experience: I went in last Friday to get my child a simple buzz cut, but the barber had no idea what a buzz cut even was. A few minutes in, he asked if it looked okay-I said it was fine, but then he told me it was done without even touching the top of hair! Bottom line:Don't go here, ever. Last time a different barber did a great job on my child's haircut, but this time was a complete disappointment.

Negative experience: I came in for the first time last Saturday. The staff member was friendly, but I specifically asked for a #3 on the sides and a small trim at the front. Instead, I walked out with what can only be described as a bowl cut. Unfortunately, this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend this place.

Negative experience: No communication didn't even ask my son what he wanted. Uneven cut only used scissors when my son wanted fade. He spent 5min on the cut. It was all different lengths at the back and overall bad. I feel like he was just rushing to get to the next customer. I ended up paying and taking my son straight away to another barber as he was so gutted.
