Negative experience: This was my third visit to this shop. My previous experiences with the Filipino barber were excellent—he always did a very good job. Unfortunately, he was busy this time, so my son and I ended up with the Indian barber, and we were extremely disappointed. The service was rushed, and he simply did not listen to what I was telling him about the style we wanted. Both our haircuts were sloppy and unprofessional. If you are planning to go to this shop, I highly recommend you get your haircut from the Filipino barber. Please avoid this Indian barber if you want a quality cut.

I went to Tokma Styles, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I was styled by Veenal, and he went above and beyond. He took his time, put genuine 10/10 effort into every part of the cut, and made sure I left looking sharp. What stood out the most was how valued he made me feel — no rush, no pressure, just calm, chill, easy conversation and real attention to detail. If you’re looking for a barber who actually cares about the end result and your experience, I can’t recommend Tokma Styles (and especially Veenal) enough. I’ll definitely be back.

Positive experience: Pulled up twice before and had two different barbers, both were alright, nothing special. But earlier this week I ended up with young Caesar, a South African apprentice, and honestly he killed it. Sharp fade, clean lines, took his time, and the service was on point. For someone that young, the skill and confidence is actually crazy. Definitely coming back to him from now on. Keep this kid around, he’s got real talent.✂️

Negative experience: Terrible Haircut and Very Unprofessional Late Review Post: My experience with the barber named Hamish (if I recall correctly) was incredibly disappointing. He was completely unprofessional the entire time. First, he was eating something in his mouth while cutting my hair. He was chewing the whole time, which was messy and distracting—it felt unhygienic and rude. Worst of all, he did not cut my hair the way I asked. He didn't listen to what I wanted and just cut it however he pleased. The final result was not what I told him to do. If you want a focused, professional barber who listens to instructions, do not go to Hamish. It was a waste of time and I am unhappy with my haircut.

Negative experience: I’ve been here a few times, and while the cuts were average at best, my last visit was terrible. I showed the barber (Indian guy) a clear photo of what I wanted, but he completely ruined my hair and beard. He chopped my beard way too short, even after I flagged it, and just kept talking instead of listening. Honestly, it was careless and unprofessional. If you value your look, think twice before coming here.

Fantastic experience: I walked in this morning, hoping to get a haircut on very short notice, was sorted straight away with a smile and I can sort you out, no idea what I wanted walked out happy as, the boss walked past and advised the young man on what to do if it's up to his standard. very happy very friendly would highly recommend will be back. $30 well worth it highly professional.

Fantastic experience: First time here in Tokmaystyle Barbershop. I was just walking by the shop And I looked inside and the shop looks luxurious so I thought it would be expensive. The barber saw me and started greeting me so I thought might as well give it a try. Walked inside and shop smelled good, everywhere nice and clean and I was surprised to see the zero fade was only 35 dollars. So got my self a haircut from Mohammed he was so professional and made me look like a model. I am so happy with results. These guys are awesome worth the try. Thank you Mohammad

Negative experience: I told the barber to cut my hair from the front a bit because it was too long and hitting my face. but he decided to cut all around my hair using scissors when i only told him to trim a bit from the front. he even asked if you wanted the top left out, and i said yes but still decided to cut all around it. the fade is good, but he was doing too much to the top, which i didn't tell him to. It would have been a good haircut if he did what he was told to.
