Negative experience: Very Unprofessional they will hang up on you when you call them and refuse you when you arrive there at least tell me if your busy since you pick up and stayed on the line then hang up, i used to be regular customer but never again i don’t appreciate a barbershop who treat his customers that way

Fantastic experience: Im a regular customer of Flanagan's most of the the time I get my hair cut by Arainn he is a top shelf barber. All the lads are friendly and professional always a good atmosphere in a prime location with free parking. All told always a great experience.

Negative experience: Guy with glasses and spider web tattoo left longer and uncut patches, some parts were 1.5 inches longer, impossible to miss. Had to spend another €25 getting another barber to fix it.

Fantastic experience: Best barbers got a mullet but went back cause I had to get more trimmed off top and back for a suitation I had comming up they took me in and tidied it up must have been a half hour 20 min job did super super now unreal now and didn't charge a thing unreal customer service and savage trims there my home barber now everyone should go there

Negative experience: Won’t be using again. Booked a slot online and had to cancel 21 hours before due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancelled online and tried to rebook and was told that I would need to book another slot for €25 on top of the original €25. Called them and was told that it was within 24 hours and they did not offer me any alternative. I get that they do not want to lose out due to no shows but the slot was at 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon when there will be a queue of walk ups happy to take the slot. Very disappointing way for a local business to treat local customers. Hope you enjoy the €25 lads. Will be the last one you get from me. Over to Max’s for me in the future.

Negative experience: Very poor experience, if you want anything other than razor at the sides and cut on top don't go here. The lad that cut my hair only wanted to do a zero fade and when I asked for scissor at the side he was disgruntled. For the duration of the cut the lad spent more time looking to see who the next half famous person in the que was than on the hair he was actually cutting. Saying dibs on cutting his hair lads. Won't be going back.

Negative experience: Went in for a simple fade and short on top and had to request to shorten it twice. Got the length wrong and left lumps of hair everywhere. Kept saying he was hungry and was in a rush to get his lunch. Hopefully it's only a bad day, because that's a horrendous business standard.

Negative experience: Wha a joke 10 people waiting 1 barber inside didn't even look like he was under pressure just bouncing around side to side to the music at least if they had all seats occupied it would look like they try tu respect their clients

Negative experience: Andy is a fine barber but I regret to record that the salon was uncomfortably dirty when I visited at 11.30am. Would have gone elsewhere but wanted Andy to cut my hair. Emailed the shop owner with my experience but did not get a reply- very disappointed. I'm now looking for other barber shop options.

In some barbers you would be always trying to see who will cut my hair as you are In the queue no need to here you are guaranteed a great cut by any member of the team

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Flanagan’s Barbers now for several years, I absolutely love going there – from beginning to end, it’s a 5-star experience. The shop looks superb. The staff are friendly, polite and professional and most importantly, the hair cut is always brilliant. It is a busy place but you never have long to wait, everyone is chatting and there is an excellent atmosphere. They are also taking current Covid concerns very seriously with temp checking for everyone, plenty hand sanitisers, social distancing measures in waiting area and face masks all in operation…… I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I was a regular at Flanagans and Always enjoyed my Haircuts there, whether it be Leanne, Dave or one of the other lads chopping my luscious locks. Always a bit of craic to be had but also on those days where you just want to sit there and say nothing, it isn't uncomfortable with forced conversation. Shop looks amazing since the revamp and is always spotlessly clean. Location at the moment is the only reason I have had to "Cheat on my Barber".. I've moved house and its hard for me to get there when I need a haircut. I'll be back as a regular at some stage, but until then hope things go from strength to strength

Fantastic experience: Took my Son and Myself here for a cut. My son was unsure what he wanted and also that it didn't differ from what I wanted him to get. Dave cut my son's hair while Rob the other Barber cut mine. The lads were great, nice bit of chat and Dave discussed with my son what he wanted and made him feel very included. The Shop itself looks great, really stylish and nice music on. I will be going here for years to come.

Fantastic experience: Had no appointment made, when i arrived I was given an indication how long I would be waiting and the estimation was spot on!. The shop was spotlessly clean with lots of signage reminding customers to adhere to social distancing guidelines. At the door was stand with hand sanitizer so I felt like they were really making an effort to keep the customers safe. I received an excellent cut from the owner Dave who wore PPE the whole time. Definitely will return again and would highly recommend Flanagan's Barbers!

Fantastic experience: Nicely fitted out barbers. I got tired of the queues in other local barbers so I changed and I've never had to wait too long here. It's handy to be in a shopping centre so I can get a few other bits done while I'm there. Staff have always been friendly and I've always been happy with the result.
