Fantastic experience: Blackbird Barbershop is the best spot in all of Limerick. I've lived in Limerick for three years, went to multiple barbers, and finally settled with Blackbird as of August 2025. Walleson is the best barber in the whole region - he's friendly, pays attention to detail, and puts a lot of care into his work. Walleson always takes the time to make sure the look is exactly what I have asked for, you can tell that he wants the client to be happy - his cuts are specific to each type of hair type, head shape, etc. to give the best cut possible to the client (not an one cut fits all approach). Fantastic experience: First time here today and I was really impressed. I had a specific haircut in mind but didn't have any photo to show the barber. I just explained what I wanted, and the result was exactly what I pictured. Another thing I really appreciated was the punctuality. The haircut started on time and finished exactly when expected. Not to mention, the place itself is great – really nice-looking, clean, organized, and in a perfect central location in Limerick. This was my first visit, and I'm gladly giving 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The Best Barbershop for me, so far. Barber did exactly what I told to him, he did it perfectly. Price are also not vary as same as they mentioned in the website because one barbershop (at Maypark) charged me more, only after the haircut was done and they told me that I did Skin Fade so, they charged more and they didn't even do Skin Fade properly.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Blackbird Barbershop now since March 2025 and it's definitely the best barbershop in Limerick. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the shop is clean and well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and down-to-earth. I've never had this comfort level anywhere else. I've had haircuts, eyebrow waxing, nose waxing, ear waxing, and shaves, and I have never left disappointed. I would highly recommend this brilliant barbershop to anyone looking for a quality cut with quality service. Although at Blackbird they do accept walk-ins, it's a better idea to book an appointment to avoid waiting.

I gave him the directions of what kind of cut I want and he followed well, even though he could understand english less but his skills were good and followed well through my instructions.
