Negative experience: A waste of space got there at 8:30 for a haircut waited an hour and 5 mins for my turn in the barbers to be told its appointment when they clearly knew there was an appointment at 9:30 and no one told me. Have respect for your customers and tell them when you have appointments coming up and don’t waste there time

Fantastic experience: Great service every time I’ve been in. They really take their time and the attention to detail is spot on. I’ve been to all of the barbers and the standard is consistently high across the board. Sound staff, easy to chat to and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I go in here every 4 weeks or so as it's close to work but honestly even though there's more convenient barbers to where I live, I'd still make the trip into the city to go here anyday of the week. All staff I have met in there are A1, really nice people who are most importantly skilled with scissors, trimmers and combs! I am not a fan of chatting while getting my hair cut but, I am honestly happy out to chat with all the barbers here! Can't ever say I was disappointed with a cut or service! Can't recommend this place enough, and have been recommending it to my colleagues and friends!

Believe it or not when you go to a barbershop expect hair on the floor as we cut hair inside there and with the haircut you showed us an image of it was a haircut for Curley hair and you had poker straight hair and recommended you did something else and you agreed and said everything was Perfect when leaving

Fantastic experience: Was in the crescent and googled best barbers in limerick. Bua came out as a top pick. I wasn’t disappointed. Had to wait 15 minutes as he was busy and I wasn’t pushed. I had booked online for 11:50am but he was taking walk ins also. He did ask if I didn’t mind waiting ten minutes, which wasn’t an issue for me. The guy who drafted in to do the cut was very polite and courteous. I did think I might have gotten the short end of the stick, but couldn’t have been more wrong. Did a nice beard tidy trim and a haircut. I’ve always been a bit anxious getting the beard done as it often gets a hammering by others. Turned out really well. There’s a reason they have over 200 reviews and are at 4.9 on the review page. Well done lads.

Fantastic experience: First time I went to this barbershop in 2020 I saw transformation of this place. Dale is a great owner and barber every time I’m in town I’m coming for hair cut. I been in different countries and barbershops but never found better place than this. There are some pics of me in his Instagram too. Great place, great service and definitely worth it.

Negative experience: Barber ripped chunk of my hair out after getting it stuck in the backside of a hairdryer and still charged me full price for the haircut, not coming back

Hi Leon, your got caught in the dryer because it was well below your shoulders, it was small rib of hair had to be removed not a chunk. Also for wash, beard and for shoulder length hair trim is normally 32 you were charged 25. Very sorry we didn’t discount you enough! I’m sure you saved 30 euro from going to a hairdressers.
