Negative experience: Overpriced (29€) horrible haircut and experience ... I asked for skin lowfade just the sides and back. Didn't want my hair whole head wet, the fade wasn't even done right, one side totally different the the other! The guy wouldn't shut up either. I told him just the sides and back there's no need to wet my hair and do sections, didn't even have a diffuser for curly hair. Clueless

I always love figaros and look forward to going because they feel like the only true barbers in limerick who really know about the craft and not just knowing how to do some skin fades. Eric listened and we chatted about what I was looking for with my haircut and he cut it in such a way that left it stylish and mindful of how it will grow out. Then picked up my products that they recommended to me for my medium length hairstyle that last me ages. Great value for money when you consider you're really in the hands of experts and to me that's what makes it worth it.

Positive experience: I’ve been here a few times for a haircut and the cut itself has always been good. Today the place wasn’t particularly clean, I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time (which you have to pre-pay in part €8.40, at booking).At €28 it’s probably the most expensive barber in Limerick and it’s not worth it. I do like the hot towel at the end (no you don’t get to keep it, even for €28). I need to find a new place.

Fantastic experience: Experience is everything and Figaro's has managed to master this with there old school take on a barbers they are welcoming and offer great value for money, staff are friendly and professional. I got a hair and beard cut which was badly needed, staff didn't shy away from conversation and I'll be back again

It is the busiest barber shop in Limerick and for good reason. The price is high relative to other shops but the consistency more than makes up for that. I’ve been booking with Keith for a number of years now and strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was in today to meet Brian for a haircut and badly needed beard trim. The shop is spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well laid out. Brian and his staff are all very welcoming and friendly which makes it a very relaxed place to be. Brian completely changed the way i would normally style my hair and reshaped, thinned out and styled my beard as well. I couldn't be happier with the results, the man took years off me. Plenty of chats and laughing while I was there, all in all a great experience. Thank you to Brian and all the crew, I'll certainly be calling in again.

I already book my next haircut ! Some people would say it's expensive, but Steve spent 1h with me and not 15min. You pay for quality and that's it!

Negative experience: Very relaxed and friendly staff but would not advise for students looking for fades one side lower than the other and then got charged 21 euro as the student deal! Wouldn’t mind if it was a quality haircut but to leave unsatisfied just doesn’t make it worth it
