Negative experience: Booked in today arrived at my time slot. Was told there’d be someone with me shortly. Saw other people go ahead of me so figured the booking times must not be followed today….fair enough I’ll wait. More people started coming in as I waited, the next barber came up and asked for someone’s name and left me sitting there. Follow your booking system or don’t.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get a haircut. The barber was nice and he can hold a nice conversation. I did get a nice haircut but it is a little short. I stated that I wanted a high skinfade all around and enough off the to to fluff it up. He did amazing on the skinfade but like I said earlier is is a little short but that is definitely my fault for not stating how short I like it. I would definitely go again, 5/5

At first, I was a bit nervous coming in since I'm from a different ethnicity, but the moment I walked in, all that disappeared. The young lads working there have such a good vibe — super friendly, welcoming, and professional. The music was great too, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Most importantly, they gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. They really know what they're doing, and they took the time to get it just right. I honestly miss getting my hair cut there since I’ve moved to a different place now. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for quality and good vibes.

Negative experience: I've very recently had very poor cut and barbering experience here. In the past I've tried to walk in and they're always booked up, so this time I called ahead, downloaded the app on advice and booked an appointment for 3pm on a busy workday. I got sitting on the chair at 7 past the hour because they were accepting walk-ins that day and seemed under pressure. I sat in the chair for 42 minutes and watched as my hair was progressively worsened. I think an early mistake in the cut resulted in a series of corrections that left me with a short/long cut in all the wrong places. The repeated corrections, often with the shaver which was against my preference, left my neck and ears a bit worse for wear. The barber was maybe a little inexperienced and under pressure, he was working hard but it doesn't change the result that after sleeping on it I need to go and find somewhere to do a correction before work on Monday.

Fantastic experience: Got a mullet in there last week Cian did a solid job would recommend to anyone lovely staff.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment and came in only to be greeted with ignorance. I said hello to one of the barbers and he totally ignored me and then asked another about my appointment only to be told it didn't exist. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome definitely won't be recommending it for anyone.
